Arrived at 3:27am for a medium impossible whopper meal. When I requested a change in my drink after receiving my order, Ms. Latrice, (identified on my receipt) gave the impression via her mannerisms and disposition that she was displeased with my drink change (from Coke Zero to Sprite). The taste of the Coke Zero was not complementary to other fountain drinks I've had. Sometimes individuals will give me Diet Coke instead and this was reminiscent of those experiences.
Upon giving me the Sprite, she somewhat shoved in my hand through the drive through window. It was as if her quick release and turn away from me hoped that I wasn't quick enough to grab hold of the drink.
Because I was stunned by the behavior, I just sat their in disbelief. Ms. Latrice then looked back at me in somewhat of a matter of fact way. She proceeded back to the window as she realized that I wasn't driving off. She asked me what I needed and I replied that I am leaving a review. So she watched as I took out my phone and began to leave this review. Her response to me: "you're on our clock."
My impossible burger has cheese on it. While placing my order, I asked if it was extra for cheese, Ms. Latrice responded yes, $0.70. So I replied I didn't want it. This is not my chief complaint however I don't eat American cheese which is what made itself onto my sandwich. My request would have been for pepperjack or swiss. I wasn't charged for the slice of cheese I don't like, don't eat, and didn't ask for.
On the other hand, my fries are less than warm. I don't want to request a replacement for fear of what she might do to my food.
My meal is $9.80 ..nearly $10 .
If I said it's after 3am on 2/15/2020 and I'd just left work after arriving at 9am 2/14/2020...and this Impossible whopper meal would be my breakfast, lunch, and dinner as I hadn't had a meal since Thursday evening (2/13/2020)... maybe one would understand how overlooking Ms Latrice's lack luster customer service or attention to detail on a night that they were not busy just didn't settle well with me.
I am PLEASED to report that I am most satisfied with the Sprite that I asked Ms Latrice to replace.
As I type, I have decided that I'm going to bring this order back in a few short hours and request a refund. I don't even have confidence that the Impossible patty isn't beef. I don't eat beef or pork and I haven't since 2002!!
I am really disappointed...both by the customer service, newly created fear of the unknown due to the former, and my current, unfulfilled...
Read moreAs with any major fast food restaurant chain, the food should be the same regardless of the location. What usually makes the difference is in the employees' interaction and level of service and how the store is taken care of in the cleanliness and upkeep. This was a drive thru trip at almost 4 am for a really late dinner. My friend was the the driver in our "I'll buy if you fly" arrangement and made the trip to get the food. When she arrived back to the house, she discovered that an item was missing from our order. *Funny side note: Earlier this week she was telling me about how she always checks her orders before she drives away. I volunteered to make the trip back to the restaurant to get the missing food. One of the first things I noticed is that the signage at this site isn't very good to direct traffic to the drive thru or let people know what the building is coming from the parking lot entrance. After getting into the drive thru, I pulled up to the order box and heard a muffled voice that I could understand. I asked him to repeat, which he did and told me the computers were down and they couldn't take any orders. I let him know that we had come through a few minutes before and they had missed something. After some confusion about what I was asking for, we were able to get everything together and the food was replaced with a bit of an upgrade and a dessert for the trouble. The man that handled the transaction was friendly and helpful and I drove away satisfied. I didn't go into the store, so I can't speak to the interior but I will say that the employees were friendly and accommodating with fixing the problem we had at the drive thru. The only suggestion to the franchisee I would make is to set up better signage to direct people to the restaurant from the parking lot shared with the...
Read moreI work overnights and recently this restaurant is not acknowledging or waiting on customers between 3 and 4 am. I waited at the pick up window and forced Marcus to acknowledge I was there. I was told that they were switching to the breakfast menu and they could not wait on customers anytime soon. This is not mentioned in the 24 hour service that is advertised. I asked for the managers named and establishment phone number but Marcus works there but doesn't call their or know the number. I Googled the number and while Marcus doesn't know the number he does know how to answer the number. I then listened to Marcus tell me how ridiculous it was that I would expect to receive service from this establishment at this hour as "no one comes here at this hour" While I was there two other customers went through the drive through and were not waited on and left. So to answer Marcus statement at least 3 customers visit during that hour. He did direct me to the website but assured me that my expectation to be waited on would fall on deaf ears. I have been going through this drive through for several years and this not waiting on customers at this hour is a new development. If you are not a 24 hour establishment you need to correct your signage and advertisement. Your employees shouldn't become angry and yell at customers who simply expect to be waited on regardless of the time of day or night. Marcus should have better manners with...
