Starbucks — Restaurant in St. Louis

It took the afternoon crew 10 minutes to get our orders done and only because my sister said something. I placed my order then my sister did. I ordered a Venti drink and she ordered a Grande drink and cookie. My sister got her drink first, then mine came out about 2 minutes later. My drink is more ice than anything. It is to the point where if I took the ice out, that I probably would not have even half a drink there. We waited and they went about others orders, so my sister reminded them that she ordered a cookie. One female gave her a dirty look and went to go get it but came back and said they were all out. Now I can understand if this had happened while ordering the thing but 10 minutes later and then be told and ask if she wants something else is ridiculous. She ended up with a cake pop and did not even give her the difference in price between the cake pop and cookie. They had very poor attitudes and cannot correctly complete an order accurately. Also, I know people make mistakes with names all the time but when I am standing there and you can clearly see I am a female but still put a males name on my drink is just down right rude.

To top it off, they had 2 restrooms but neither had a changing table for our toddlers nor toilet paper for us, and it was just dirty in there. We could not get out of there...

This is my least favorite Starbucks near me. The service is TERRIBLE. I have never been to a Starbucks where the bristas are so rude. I thought at first it was an isolated incident, but it is literally every time I go. Unfortunately it is very close to a place I am at frequently so if I am running late and can't drive out of my way for different coffee I stop here. It's hit or miss on your brista if your coffee will be made to satisfaction so when I do stop at this one, I usually get just a Pike roast since I figure they can't mess that up too bad. I have never actually complained about customer service issues (I get it, I worked retail for 10+ years) but this store has warranted on more than one occasion room for complaints. Every time I come here there seems to be a problem. I tried to avoid this Starbucks in general. My friend and I each got a frappuccino. Total was $11.78 I gave her $20.78 the lady at the window said I gave her $20.38. She gave me my change and it was $6.and change I didn't count. I was confused and clearly she was as well. I parked and went inside and asked for my receipt. It said my change should have been $8.22. I don't know exactly how many coins she gave me but I know for a fact I got $6 back. The gentleman at the counter gave me $2. The recipient says I gave her $20 so even that was incorrect information. Probably just going to avoid the Starbucks in the future and that is a shame as it is the closest to my home. Also as I reviewed my receipt I discovered the tax rate is 12.079% Wow!! $1.28 worth of...
