Last chance for Little Caesars at Loughborough & 55. Second weekend in a row that my order was incorrect. I submitted feedback for last weeks visit on the LC website and never heard anything, so weāll see if this has a different outcome, since I submitted my feedback there again. I received my pizza and the amount of cheese on the pizza made it inedible. Keep in mind I did not order with extra cheese. The crust was pretty cooked and crisp, but the amount of cheese on this pizza prevented layers of cheese shreds from melting. Unacceptable. I returned to the location, was harassed outside of the store by some teenagers who were loitering. They followed me into the store, publicly embarrassed me in front of staff and other customers. The manager on duty seemed to laugh it off and did tell them to leave me alone, then was speaking to the other cashier in a way that made me believe they knew the teens. One of the kids came inside, proceeded to walk into the kitchen, while giving someone the middle finger as he proceeded to the back. First of all, I would like to note that the manager on duty was very kind, he just wasnāt able to give me a resolution, which I thought was absolutely insane. Time to give your staff the tools they need to be able to help your customers. I told the manager that the pizza just had entirely too much cheese on it. He said, āpersonal preference, I get it. We can remake it but weāre pretty busy right now.ā So⦠too busy to remake it? I asked for a refund. He seemed stumped by this one because there were multiple items in the order. I told him just to refund it all and Iād repay for the crazy bread. He seemed to think that was a great solution until he realized I ordered online. He said he was unable to refund me because I did the online order and the systems are not the same. Seems ridiculous to me, but who am I to question it. His suggestion was for me to call corporate and let them send me my money back. Well, corporate is closed at this time on a Saturday evening, but I will be calling during business hours. Absolutely insane that I paid nearly $15 for my order and he couldnāt even reimburse me for the inedible pizza they made for me. Again, he seemed to do his best with what he had, but additional training or troubleshooting for the staff is absolutely needed here. He stated several times āwe can remake it but weāre busy.ā I have worked in a pizza kitchen. When an order is made incorrectly by the staff, that order is prioritized to be remade. He kept insinuating it would be a while and I would be waiting. Iām sorry, Iām not waiting for a pizza to be remade when it was trash to begin with. If I donāt have any luck recouping my money, I will certainly be avoiding all LC locations for an indefinite amount of time. Completely unacceptable product, experience,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've seen quite a few negative reviews for this Little Caesars location, but I have to say--my experience has consistently been positive. I live about 5-7 minutes away, and l've ordered from this location several times without any issues.
Yes, the location itself is small, but that's typical for Little Caesars. To my knowledge, I don't think l've ever been to a location that offered indoor seating, so that wasn't a surprise or a drawback for me. In terms of service, I can't really speak to in-person interactions because I always place my orders through the app. What I can say is that I appreciate the convenience of their self-service hot box system. My pizza was ready on time, and I was able to grab it quickly and be on my way.
This time, I took advantage of a T-Mobile Tuesdays promotion they were offering: a Detroit-style, one-topping pizza for $7.99. I had never tried their Detroit-style pizza before, so I figured this was the perfect opportunity. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised! The pizza was fresh, hot, and flavorful. The thick, crispy-edged crust had a great texture, and the cheese and toppings were generous. My only regret is that I didn't order extra sauce or get some on the side--I think that would've made it even better.
The only reason Little Caesars will likely never get a full 5 stars from me is that their pizza really needs to be eaten fresh. In my experience, once it cools down or even if you try to reheat it (whether in the microwave or air fryer), it just doesn't taste the same. So my advice: if you order from here, plan to enjoy it right away!
Overall, this location has always delivered a reliable, convenient, and satisfying experience for me. I'll definitely be ordering trom here again, especially when I'm craving something quick...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBy far the worst service I have ever seen of any restaurant in my entire life. I placed a pick-up order online the order said it was ready at the counter for pick-up. There was a large line and none of the staff were assisting customers. Also while waiting in line a child dropped a $5 bill on the floor and an employee stole the money from a six year old child. The father was obviously livid if you could imagine and demanded that the $5 be returned but the employee refused. During this time most of the staff yelled "we are going outside to smoke" and they all left the building. The counter was left with no one at it. Customers were demanding assistance to the point they began serving themselves since none of the employees were present and when they were, they weren't doing their job. This is not even half of what I witnessed in the 30 minutes of waiting for this pick-up order. I read everyone else's review for this location and it seems like you guys had similar experiences. If I were to make a suggestion if you guys had a similar experience visit Little Caesars website and write a corporate review for this location. I work in the restaurant industry and corporate reviews go directly to management and the franchise owners. If you read my review I'd honestly avoid...
