Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in St. Louis

This place is trash…the people are trash the food is trash the location is trash. I hate that people think that because a place is in a certain location that no one cares about the quality of service or food. You complain and nothing changes and you feel like you’re the only one until you actually hear someone else with the same complaint. The owners of this location are white and they do not care what come out of this place. They don’t care how customers are treated because they know that most people in that area can’t afford to eat any place else. I don’t live in the area but order through Uber and it’s never good. There is always an issue. Picking up is a pain because they’re so slow and seem to be more concerned with flirting and yapping their gums. I received what I believe to be spoiled fried chicken. It smelled old and tasted very spoiled, not stale. I dealt with burnt chicken, forgotten items and rude service but this is the final straw. I will not be patronizing this location again. Walk into this location and there was no greeting at all. No chicken was up yet but they was in there talking about personal stuff that shouldn't never been talked about in a work place. I ask what's kind of special they had for today? Lord knows I am feed up with poor customer service. The cashier did one of those deep breath like duh, why didn't you read the menu before you came to the window. Lol 🤣🤣. So she finally told me and I order the family meal, due to I had people coming over. The chicken wasn't hot at all, and I didn't get a welcome back after I said Thank You to the cashier. Good food but most employees aren't friendly or even hospitable unless you don't care and just want chicken thrown at you, then by all means patronizing these establishments. And using there app for any deals is joke since they flood your mailbox with flyers that are the same so why download a app that's just taking up space. And customer service thru the app takes days and aren't very helpful or understanding when trying to use or claim a discount of any kind. Who's going print off coupons using a mobile app, and hmm doesn't accept valid receipts after a purchase. Guess Popeye's is getting my business...
