First, they need to get their gift cart situation fixed as its been broke for over a week or longer and no one seems to care to fix it.
Two different experiences on two different days. The first time we visited, the gift card won't process. Definitely money on it in the amount needed. A guy around early 30s with black hair is nice as can be, takes down the card number, and later charges the gift card. We were a bit inconvenienced but the customer service, decency, and treatment made it all okay.
Second time was terrible. That was yesterday, Saturday the 27th. Two employees are having the same problem with the gift card system. They give up on the second try and demand we pay with our non-gift card funds. This is absurd. Someone purchased a gift card - these funds should work. If they don't work, do what the first guy did - the guy who knows what customer service is. When it was pointed out that this is nonsense, all we received was "it doesn't work, what do you want me to do?". I don't know, your job? Fix it. Take the card number and charge that like the other guy did. Not the "too bad, sorry, not my fault (i clearly don't care)" attitude. This is ridiculous.
Imo's corporate: get your gift card situation fixed. Why would I ever ask for this as a gift ever again given the experience? Your website is broke half the time as well. You aren't poor. What...
Read moreJust plain ridiculous! The delivery driver was over 40 minutes late, so of course I called to ask what was going on. After the phone rang approximately 10 times a young man answered the phone with "hello".....uhh is this how you answer a phone at a place of business? I had to ask to make sure it was even Imo's. I proceed to tell him the situation and he tells me hang on and he'll find out. 5 minutes later another young man picks up the phone and says thanks for holding.... I stammered a bit because it was obviously a different employee, I then reexplained the situation and he tells me to hang on. Doesn't place me on hold just talks to others in the background. He then proceeds to tell me that online orders are processed differently and arent accurate with delivery time, and that his only delivery driver has had 12 deliveries today....I get being busy, but maybe call a customer let them know whays going on. Communication is key! Then I'm assured that the delivery driver is walking out the door with it as we speak, and that its hot and was made fresh....I'm 7 minutes from there location. 20 minutes later the driver shows up, and apologizes. Worst imos experience ever, including the food....
Read moreMy friend and I made a delivery order online. After about 30 mins, my friend called to see whether the pizza was on its way. Something was obviously wrong with their phone (or so they say)...the line was full of static. My friend asked whether she could get toaster ravioli for her wait. The manager, Casey said no. She then hung up. My friend called back and someone told my friend that she was playing on the phone. My friend stated that she wasn’t playing. Someone was in the background stating someone was playing on the phone. When my friend called back and asked whether her food was on her way after they had already hung up on her...someone said no and hung up once again. We went to the imos location because we were only 3 mins away...when we got there the manager was very nonchalant stating she (my friend) hung up and so and so. The rest of the staff was very playful in the background laughing at my friends and I at that point. The manager offered to make another pizza but with a purchase. Even if it were free I wouldn’t want anything from this location EVER! We got the number to the district manager and will...
