I don't understand the good reviews I see. This location is problematic. Avoid at all costs even if you're super hungry. Used the mobile app to order ahead as we were in the area. Waited like 3 minutes at the box and no one responded. Went to the inner one and was instantly greeted. Waited about 5 minutes before the first window. My receipt had the time of 3:19p. get to the second window. Was given an order that wasn't mine. the girl who handed me the bag walked away but another girl walked up and I was able to get her attention to let her know this wasn't my order. the look she gave me. She took the bag from me. I held up my receipt just incase they needed to use it. I got another look. then the original girl gave me my order but no fries and triple cheeseburger. I told her that im missing the 3 items. Which brought the second girl back who said with an attitude. "I put two fries in the bag". Held up the bag to show her she didn't. Another look from her. She then asked me to pull up. I received the last of my drinks. Then waited. Realized there's no straws in the bag. So I got out to grab them.
The inside had like 6 people waiting on food. Waited to see if anyone was going to go outside to bring my order and no. I didn't get the girls attention as both had a nasty attitude with me and its apparently known that these two have attitudes with people as they made sure to tell off a guest who was waiting on her food and when told to stop. one kept going the other was just talking about the lady under her breath but quieter. Got the manager attention who was trying to park another car. I told him that I was the first parked car still waiting on the food. He asked me what I was waiting on and I told him a triple cheese and 2 medium fries he asked the two girls how come no one told him about the parked order and neither said anything. while still trying to get the inside orders, he made a phone call and when he came back, he asked me again but then he remembered my order and he brought back my order. Read moreThis McDonald's is the closest to my house and that's the only reason I come here. I came here on May 28th @ 10am. The girl that took my order in the drive thru was beyond rude and yet another example of a person who shouldn't be working in customer service. This one person ruined my experience this morning. Otherwise the visit would have been ok. They was fast for a change and the girl that gave me my food was very cordial. Just goes to show that one bad apple will spoil the bunch. I would never recommend coming to this McDonald's, unless like me it's the closest one to your house.
I came here Saturday morning and experienced the worst customer service I've ever had. I'm a very time oriented person Kind of like the equalizer, (LoL). So when I mention times they are spot on! I went in the restaurant because the drive thru was backed up 10 deep. I tried using my McDonald's app. One lady after standing for 10 minutes at the counter approached and asked me if she could help me. I showed her my code and she said I'll be right back with you. She never ever came back which of course my code expired. So I ordered and waited another 15 minutes until that code expired. I then went to my car and reordered my food and paid for it, then went through the drive thru. I've been sitting in this drive thru for 10 minutes and still am sitting. All in all I've been here for 45 minutes. I just received my food after 47 minutes of being here at this place and of course my orders missing a large fry, which I'd be an idiot if I even tried getting it corrected. Read moreDate 7/24/25 Time 12:08 Entered the drive thru at 12:00 took about 8 minutes to get to the speaker, which is understandable considering it was noon and it was a lunch rush. The lady at the speaker post who took my order was very personable, she apologized for the wait and was even nice whenever we got to the payment window. After waiting 25+ minutes just sitting in the line after paying to get to the second window, im a bit frustrated. I get to the window, she hand me my watered down diet Dr Pepper and says ‘what was your order’. I told her my order and asked how long the soda had been sitting there since clearly the ice was gone. She said ‘it hasn’t been sitting there that long’ I have a feeling that this location doesn’t understand what the concept of time is. And then she proceeds to go tell her other coworkers about it and bagging my food. Isn’t the food supposed to be bagged already? There’s 6 of you standing there and I’ve been sitting there trapped in a drive thru line for 25+ minutes and your telling me it takes 6 of you to bag up my order while I’m sitting at the window? She doesn’t say ‘I’m sorry about your wait’ or anything customer service related at all. I’m sure that maybe if we sped things up just a little people wouldn’t leave your line consistently and maybe all those paying customers could help get your menu board fixed.
