First thing is that I tried ordering my food online and picking it up. After signing up and receiving 20% off my order, the 10 minutes that it took me to get my order right all disappeared. So, since I live very close to the 🐼 I decided to go in the restaurant and order in person. This was on a Tuesday around 5 pm. When I first walked in I thought it was a buffet. All the dishes they served was on display behind a glass partition. The young man who waited on me was very polite and cordial. I decided to get the big plate were you get one side and three entrees. The good thing about this was that you could see what you was getting. The two sides I got was a half order of fried rice and half order of chop suey I believe, (it was noodles basically but not lomein). These two dishes were horrible, that's why I gave the 3 stars. Both of those dishes had no flavor and was as bland as you could get. The three entrees was mushroom chicken, sesame chicken, and teriyaki chicken. I could be naming the sesame chicken wrong but the guy serving me said they are known for this dish and that's why I chose it. All the dishes were a little better than par, but not by much. The mushroom chicken had a little kick to it spicy wise, and the sesame chicken was pretty good. I thought the teriyaki chicken was the best out of the three and I'm not even a fan of teriyaki dishes in general. The one dish I really wanted was beef and broccoli, but the young man serving me said they was out of broccoli that night, so no beef and broccoli to be had. Overall, this meal only cost me $10.39 with my 20% off free gift I received for signing up to their website page. I threw away the two half side dishes, but the entrees filled me up nicely. I think this might have worked out differently if I had ordered online because the dishes on display in the 🐼 restaurant looked like they had been sitting out awhile and I would hope they would have made my order fresh. That of course is wishful thinking on my part. I am going to try the 🐼 again in a few weeks and order online for pickup and see if it's possibly better. Overall I'd probably recommend eating here at the 🐼 because the value alone is worth it. Maybe possibly I just ordered my food on a bad day and it may be better the next time I try it. I'll definitely update this...
Read moreIdk if people read reviews for fast food but... Every time I come here, whether there's 4 people in front of me or nobody at all, I'm greeted with "hi thanks for choosing panda express, I'll be right with you." Then promptly, 3-5 minutes later, I'm able to place my order. After she reads it back to me, (this also happens every time), she'll ask if I'd like to donate to Children's Hospital. Sometimes I say yes, sometimes no. If I say no, she'll act like she didn't hear me and ask again- one time she even pretended not to hear me TWICE, then retreated after a third 'no'. My experience there today was so special that it's the reason I'm writing this review Tonight it was raining, pretty hard. There was one car in front of me, who had already ordered and was waiting at the window. She was 'right with me', 5 minutes later after my car was wet as sh** since I had to leave the window cracked as I awaited her return. I ordered, total was like $10.09 and per normal was asked if I wanted to donate. I said sure, and asked if she could round it up to $11 for the donation. I get to the window, hand her $21, (a twenty and a one). Couple minutes later, she comes back and basically tells me that she can't give me two $5s or a $10 (that was my ideal outcome), and hands me back a five and five ones. When I asked her about it twice (because I do this all the time, and has never failed), she tells me that "we can't do that" and "we can't give change." I can't be certain, but change was being given as she explained this 'policy'. So I let it go- drove home and wrote this review Two stars cus their food is...
Read moreThis specific panda express location, despite being fast food, has to be one of the most embarrassing places to eat in the 21st century. I place an order and then show up to the location 5 minutes after the time the mobile order tells me to show up. I go to the register as the order tells me, guy working the register stares at me when I tell him I have a mobile order like I’m Casper the ghost. He says he’ll go check on it, comes back and doesn’t say anything like he has Dory’s memory from Finding Nemo. I go to ask the people scooping the food what’s going on with the mobile order, they proceed to tell me it’s going to be another 10-15 minutes after I hear them whisper they accidentally gave my order away. That’s wildly unprofessional but whatever. Every person that walks in for the next 20 minutes proceeds to have their order prioritized over mine even though it was placed 45 minutes ago at this point. The manager was mentally aloof and had no sense of organization whatsoever. Finally, the mediocre, soggy, lukewarm food I had waited an hour for at this point gets put into a bag. I get in the car and go home to find an empty sealed fortune cookie bag with no cookie inside. Perfect symbol for this experience. This manager is a disorganized sham with no bravado, which is why her entire crew besides the cooks and the lady at the drive thru had no respect for her and were in La La land. Negative stars, if it...
