Sam's Southern Eatery — Restaurant in St. Louis

I have been wanting to patronize this business for a while now and took time out my day to do just that. When my wife and I walked in to this restaurant, we didnt even get acknowledged while waiting to order; that was my first issue. As we are checking out the menu we noticed the female worker bagging a food order in the kitchen area without a hairnet on that was our second issue. After she handed the customer their food she still didnt acknowledge we was standing at the front counter ready to order. Once she noticed we was staring at her she proceeded to say'" Are you ready to order" not a hello how can I help you are even a apology for the wait as if we was interrupting her from stocking sodas. I told the female worker NO THANKS we are good. This would have been our first time supporting this business and upset we made the drive from Lake St.Louis to receive such poor customer service. My first time at Sam's (I was interested because this location was one of my favorite Chinese restaurants and the C19 hit and they were gone also I wanted to try Sam's because it said something about "Southern" eatery) I'm not sure what part of the south but going in there I didn't get that vibe. I only gave 4 Stars NOT for the food but for Zack who waited on us👍🏼 He was very professional, helpful with our product questions, and waited on us patiently.
