Can't even say the "service was bad" because we literally received NO service. There is a sign in front saying see hostess for a table... there is no hostess station. There is not even a hostess. We were sitting at the bar for 25 minutes, 4 staff members in and out, and not a single one of them made eye contact with us. Lady sat down next to us later and had the same exact issue. The staff literally acts surprised when you flag them down and tell them you would like to order something. Not kidding. There are mo assigned wait or bar staff. You also can't tell who is staff and who are guests. The one "waitress" looked like she was wearing her pajamas. It was a Saturday night, 8p. Maybe she was. Dirty dishes and paid checks laying around EVERYWHERE. I had to push 6 dirty glasses out of my way at the bar. Brussel sprouts were gross- soggy and saturated in lemon juice. Crab cakes were super yummy. It's a shame... this place has SO much potential! We walked in on a Saturday night and there were 4 spots at the bar open along with 5 or 6 tables, no wait. There is a reason for...

Let me start by saying the pizza is delicious. I got mine to go and just tried it after getting home. Prosciutto, artichoke, and fresh mozzarella - again, delicious. The server, hard working to say the least. That's where the accolades end. The server was too busy to be fast or efficient. The service took forever. The place was too crowded to essentially have one server - it was a Friday night after all. I had a meat and cheese board two glasses of wine and ordered my pizza to go after the first course came out. It took 50 minutes, 50 minutes, for the pizza. When I talked to the manager, she complained that they only had one oven. Excuse me? If you don't have the capacity, DON'T FEATURE PIZZA. Not to mention the meat and cheese board was mediocre at best. I'm a bit biased bc I hate when restaurants use crustini instead of fresh bread - it's a cop out. But much of it seemed packaged anyway. So overall, I wouldn't go back on a Friday night. Maybe on a weekday afternoon the service is better, but...

Let me preface this brief review by saying I have zero qualms paying for what I want/order when dining out.

HOWEVER, this minuscule bowl of kale topped with smoked trout was a poor excuse for a $27 salad.

When ordering my sister & I specified large to share and this is what arrived. We actually asked what a small looked like and Stephanie (our delightful server) chuckled herself and said the small was literally half the size of the salad that had been delivered.

It was laughable, but not really.

I get that restaurants have suffered some losses due to the pandemic (as we all have) but please don’t slight your patrons with insulting portions & extremely inflated pricing that clearly do not justify the experience.

Service was pleasant so this review is no reflection of Stephanie’s ability to be hospitable. This is my 3rd time suggesting Scarlett’s to my dining partners & after this comical yet insulting experience, I...

Well, this used to be one of our favorite wine bars and they used to have the best prosciutto and pear pizza. We recently heard new ownership took over and decided to give it a try and I have to admit we were very disappointed. The pizza is different, more doughy than before and they seem to be using something that is not prosciutto. Our server was non existent until it was time to collect our bill. My husband had to get his own glass from the bar. We had to walk up to the bar to ask to have our order taken. The tablet menus with the robust wine menu have been replaced by cheap table top laminated diner menus. And to be honest the bathroom could use a lot of attention as the huge roll of paper towels was sitting on the table bc the paper towel dispenser was broken and the soap was in a plastic condiment container. I certainly hope the new owner will work out the kinks especially starting with the service.

My wife and I held our rehearsal dinner (30 people) at Scarlett's Wine Bar. We reached out to the owner, JC, a few weeks prior to the event and he could not have been more helpful. He told us that he would take care of us, and he really did. The food was fantastic and on schedule. The service was friendly and top notch - he even made some cute and tasty mocktails for those who were not there for the wine. We had pizzas, mussels, steak frites, chicken, salads, crepes, cheese plates, and more. Everything was fantastic and the setup was perfect, as we essentially had the entire back area of the restaurant to ourselves. It was a fun, festive atmosphere and JC made sure to come by throughout the evening to make sure that we were taken care of. I've eaten at Scarlett's previously and have always come away impressed and I am thankful we trusted an important evening to JC and co. Merci Beacoup!

I thought the place had a great ambiance and the servers were very kind. We didn’t get any drinks but we’ve decided to try their food since we haven’t been there. I ordered the Brussels sprouts and the chicken pot pie while my boyfriend ordered a pizza. The pizza was ok. The chicken pot pie was very mid too. The heat wasn’t distributed properly so it felt like the food was microwave. As I continue to delve in, something got stuck in my throat and when I pulled it out, there was hair jn my food. The server apologized and we ended up not paying for my order which is cool. What isn’t is having no respect to the food they made that resulted it to be unsanitary. Their water was pretty tappy too. Overall, I’d probably there to try their drinks but won’t get food and the chance of me coming back there is less likely.
