Chong Wah — Restaurant in St. Louis

This is by far the worst gummy shrimp fried rice I have ever had. We as African Americans have to do better. Boycott this place. You Pay for one thing and they give you something else and then over charge you. I asked for a half order of shrimp fried rice with extra onion and bean sprouts. That was 10.00 I got to work no onions at all. How do you eat rice with out onions. Then when I called to tell them what they didn't do right the lady got nasty and said you people always not happy with what we do. I told her that I don't know who you people are. I asked for the manager and she stated that he was not in. I wanted her to fix my rice right because this was my first time ever coming to this place and I was on my way to work. So on the phone she said I will just give you your money back no cook over. Worst experience poor customer service not Black friendly. Or should I say not...

Good Chinese food with a large menu selection. Just had the Hot Braised Chicken (boneless) today, for the first time in a few years. Even ordering the half size I feel like I got a huge portion with great flavor! I always forget that fried rice is the default, as I forgot to ask for white rice today. But it's honestly so good it could have been a meal by itself. Definitely not mad that I didn't sub out!! My only complaint is it's so good that I eat it all and don't have leftovers, so it sits a little heavy. But that may be more of a me problem than a Chong Wah problem! Definitely recommend for anyone in Midtown...

Wanted to order food, I waited patiently while they answered the phone and didn’t say anything for a couple mins. When the lady finally said can she help me she said it with an attitude and when I was trying to place my order in the middle of me talking she then says I’m really busy you have to call me back and hung up on me….
