The worst customer service experience I've ever seen it was down right ridiculous they were short and rude with me from the start I went inside the lady behind the counter very quickly asked me "what the hell was wrong with me" and informed me that the inside was closed when then sign clearly stated that the inside was open. I asked where I was supposed to pick up my Carry out order and she asked my name I told her she grabbed a bag and flung it at me . As usual I checked the order before I left and I was missing a sauce I showed her the bag as proof after they fixed that I counted my other items then the manager asked what my problem was I guess cause I was making sure my order was correct the worker told the manager about the sauce issue to which she instantly called me a liar I asked if they had ever even heard of customer service a field they were allegedly in and the worker told me that my $20 order didn't come with customer service and slammed the door shut I worked in fast food for years and would have been fired so quick for even one of the 5 things they did this place is a bunch of hood rat jerks I wouldn't go back there if you paid me the food was old the people are rude and it smelled...
Read moreI went in, as I was traveling from quite a distance, and upon entering, made a beeline for the bathroom only to find it locked. Okay that's fine, then we wait in line for a solid five minutes with only one person infront of us. The lady was very short with us, and when I asked what was on a burger treated me as though I were stupid. Then I asked her the code to the bathroom, to which she curtly responded that I needed a key, and after making me wait another five minutes, by this point laughing too hard I might pee myself, she takes me to the bathroom, sees someone is cleaning, and says 'Someones cleaning.' and walks away, not even offering to come and get me when it's done or anything. Then the food came out. The burger was no where near what was advertised on the screen and looked like someone had taken their hand and smoshed it down. So I began to eat, crumpling my complaints to my companion, and there's several workers sitting on break and I hear one say, and I quote 'Im on break, let them be angry.' referring to the costumers. Read moreI really don’t like giving bad reviews. It was just okay. The service was just okay from the way the order was taking to the way it was presented and what we witnessed in the time sitting there. I understand cars being in the drive thru but to watch a car pull up pay and have a car already there waiting and we are sitting there waiting & they get to order finally making it to the window only to watch the car sitting there waiting moves after a while. Was a little crazy to us and we didn’t understand what was going on but never the less it took us to sit there and watch the car that ordered before us to get to the window to pay, pull up, back up, pull back to the window to get there food to finally drive off and us pull up eventually after being greeted after being placed on hold to order to even witness all this and us get to the window to finally pay & get our food & be surprised by what we witnessed being in food service & seeing this at other jack in the box to get our food to be half way satisfied with the service and not have everything.
