This Pizza Hut location is one of the worst in St.Louis! The manager Robert is extremely unprofessional and rude! He does not care customers or providing good customer service. I ordered online and picked it up at the store. When I got there I notice how Rob seemed to be all over the place and when I came to the counter to show my ID and the card I used he asked why did I need my wallet out I already paid. I then tried to tell him that online it told me to present the card I paid with and ID but he just walked off as I was talking. He then gave me my food and I left. Got home notice pizza were not fully cooked and the wings were someone else's. Called and spoke to the manager in training Mariah who was very polite and helpful. I explained my issue which she relayed to Robert and Robert told her "look I'm busy just put him on hold". The way he said it to her was very snappy and rude. I asked if the food could be corrected and delivered,Mariah went to ask then Robert got on the phone very abruptly and just said "HELLO!" So I paused for a second with confusion and said Hello. Robert then said "Yea,You had an order" I said yes and then told him my issue. He then told me that I must bring the food and the receipt and he would remake it. I unhappily said fine I will bring it back. Got there a guy saw me walk in with pizza and asked if it was messed up, I told him yes they made my order incorrect. The guy then said he had a feeling this was a bad pizza hut by seeing how Robert is running this Pizza Hut and walked out. When I finally showed Robert the pizza he told me even though the dough is still white the pizza is done but he would still remake them, give me the correct wings as well as some reimbursement for the inconvenience. While waiting I got to see just how bad this Pizza Hut is! Robert asked 2 young ladies what were they smoking on cause he wants some too he also told one of them she can scratch her head over the pizza if she wants parmesan cheese. There was also a driver in the back yelling and cursing about getting another driver to come help. Then it looked like some guy bought like 6 pizzas for like $20 or less??? I don't even know how that's possible!? On top of it all my family and I had to wait an extra hour or almost 2 hours just to eat! The pizza were finally made right and I was not reimbursed any thing for the inconvenience. Robert is a terrible manager and should not be in charge of any establishment due the fact of him running the store like a gambling club! Mariah is really who needs to take his place,I understand she's in training but she is way more professional and has great customer service skills. She's the real reason I was able to accept this failed attempt to get food...
Read more2nd time at this location. Ordered a Tmobile Tuesday's deal, large 2 topping, cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks for $8.77. They gave me someone else's pizza. I took it back in. They gave me "my order." It was made incorrectly. The manager said "no remakes, no remakes." The cashier looked uncomfortably confused, not knowing what to do. "Then the manager says, "We don't have no mo hand tossed. Give her thin crust or a refund!" I told the cashier I didn't like thin crust. I said, "Y'all dont have pan? I can grab $1 out the car." She looked to her manager again for assistance and she told her to give me a refund. I waited a little while and the manager refunded me along with the gesture of giving me a freshly made medium HAND tossed pizza. She opened the box and to no surprise, behold, a replacement pizza incorrectly made. I laughed and told her I didn't eat bacon and walked out. The first time I was there the same manager was refusing to remake a pizza for a veteran and his wife. My order was wrong then too but I saw what they went through so I just took it.
P.S the manager also said they were out of cinnamon. This is probably because they used the whole bottle...
Read moreUnable to give 0 stars... When I began placing my order, I was told that I would receive my delivery in 25 minutes. After I had finished placing my order and given my cc info, I was told the eta just went from 25 to 75 minutes and they would call when they arrived. I reluctantly agreed, since it was 7:45 in the evening and frankly, I just didn't want to mess with doing something different. I was in the hospital, so after 85 minutes and no phone call, I went to the agreed upon delivery location. After another 15 minutes of waiting, I called them back. I was told that my order had been cancelled because they "ran out of dough." They stated they had called but didn't get an answer, yet I had been watching diligently, making sure I had good service the entire time and had no missed call. So after cancelling my order and supposedly calling me, they didn't take the time to leave a message to let me know that at 9:30 pm, I had no food, and I was going to have to now attempt to find something else to eat. Bad,...
