During Christmas, Small Change transforms into the Miracle Popup! Santa definitely stops here. Check out these pictures/videos. I enjoyed the Snow Ball cocktail which was excellent. But business as usual, it’s a beloved local bar in Saint Louis, occupying the historic spot that was once Benny's Pit Stop Lounge for over 35 years. As the more casual counterpart to Planter's House (its sister spot), it boasts a creatively evolving cocktail menu using local craft spirits. Established in 2018 at Lynch & Indiana, Small Change welcomes diverse tastes with craft beers, non-alcoholic choices, daily happy hours, and engaging weekly/monthly events. A nod to tradition with a fresh, spirited twist.

Gave it 3 stars because i didn’t get to experience it; we couldn’t come in. It turns out they’re not always dog-friendly. We came in December which means they had holiday theming inside. For some reason that means dogs aren’t allowed. Would have been nice to see that reflected on the website (where “dog friendly” is displayed prominently at the top) before we booked an airbnb specifically so we could take our dog out to their bar after a long day road-tripping🤷‍♂️they mention their holiday theming but no-where say that dogs are prohibited for this occasion

We came to this dive bar because it had been converted to a "Miracle" bar for the month of December. A percentage of the profits goes to charity. VERY hard to get into it, but it's all Christmassy and stuff so my wife loves it. Had a couple hugely overpriced yet tasty drinks and left after about 35 minutes. Fun place and it's for charity so what the heck, right?

This place started as a Christmas themed pop-up bar, but has stayed open since. The bar itself is physically your typical south side bar but being an offshoot of serious craft cocktail bar, Planter's House, it offers similar libations in a more casual atmosphere. This means you can get a delicious shaken cocktail made with something like Japanese whiskey or an amaro, but being an old corner bar, they have playful tongue-in-cheek aspects like beer and shot specials with a bag of chips on the side, making it a good place to go whatever type of drinking mood you are in. Of course it will most likely get crowded again during the Christmas holidays, so it might be worth checking out now. If you're near south Jefferson, it makes for a unique place to go...
