Starbucks — Restaurant in St. Louis

I visited starbucks at the Horsehoe in St.Louis. placed my order, saw that she was making it an iced coffee instead of hot. I said excuse me I wanted hot coffee not iced. She SLAMMED down the cup and huffed turned around and said you asked for an iced latte,I said no actually I didnt I asked if you could make a certain flavor then I recieved more attitude so I told her just make whatever and stepped into the hallway to wait. I approached the register and said good morning to young African American guy. Short, thick build. I said good morning 3 times before he opened his mouth and said a word to me. He just stood there frowned up. No smile, no greeting, nothing!!!!!! It's pretty sad when you have to force someone in the service industry to offer a simple greeting. I would suggest putting him in the kitchen where he's not in front dealing...

It's Starbucks....you either love em or you don't....i happen to love em. It's inside of hotel where I stayed. I wish I had one that close...
