The pizza wasn't bad. It was the customer service! I only ordered a particular pizza because I was first in line when a fresh one came out. There was a young lady who was doing the order give out, and after she served a lady behind me, she just vanished. I sat there while the other 2 ladies scrambled to get orders in and out. After waiting until almost 5 people behind me got served, I approached the lady in the chefs hat and told her about my situation. I also told her I noticed the other employee leave and she replied that she does that every night. Horrible. To leave your team when there is a line literally out the door. My order was packaged and quickly given to me only after waiting 25 minutes for pizza that was already prepared. Do better. Hire people who care.
