Placed a mobile order to give them a 10 minute head start on making my food. Arrived and waited an additional 20 minutes for my Spicy Ch'King Sandwich and a large Hi-C Fruit Punch. I don't know why it took them 30 minutes to make my food when they actually gave me my sandwich and a large Coke instead. If they happened to be out of Hi-C, I was not made aware of that fact nor was I asked if I wanted to replace it with a different drink. I would've happily asked for lemonade instead of Coke as the carbonation in soda interacts with my medications and causes me to suffer from migraines and violently throw up the rest of the day. I'm glad I checked my drink before taking a sip or I would have been kneeling in front of my toilet for the rest of the night. Being New Year's Eve, I did not consider that one of my options for kissing once midnight strikes would be the porcelain in my bathroom. If you want your food to be made in a timely manner and correctly, I advise anyone reading this to visit either a different location or a different fast food establishment nearby altogether.

Read moreMy husband and I decided to stop at this location to grab a quick, HOT, FRESH breakfast bite to eat before work! Due to my own lack of not double checking our order. We found ourselves stuck with OLD, COLD, BURNT, breakfast sandwiches! Giving that it was literally 6:32 a.m heading to work! We just KNEW we would receive the best quality breakfast since there wasn't many people out that early on a Saturday morning! The cashier "Keeba" not only had me wait to get my creamer and sugar but gave me the coffee FIRST while collecting MY HARD EARNED MONEY! And giving out nasty attitude because I simply suggested that she give all customers the creamer and sugar at the same time as the coffee! (SHE Lacks customer service skills) but i REALLY wish I could attach my photos of the product so (THE OWNERS AND GUEST) COULD SEE how they are dropping the ball on the simplist item on the menu!!!! Read moreAll of the entrances to the dining room were locked at 8am despite it's posted business hours of opening at 8:00am. I waited outside for 10 minutes before going through the drive thru. Upon my arrival to the speaker I ordered then inquired about the dining room and when it would be open. A male voice said "Maam, the dining room will be open in 5 minutes. I told them I would order inside instead. Perhaps he was having a bad morning but he was clearly upset that I wanted to dine in. My family and I were treated poorly by this tall male supervisor. He complained that the food order needed to be canceled in the drive thru and stated he would not prepare anything fresh if I asked (which I hadn't). I made the best of the situation by not complaining but my food was room temperate at best and I was scolded for needing cream and sugar for my coffee.
