My friends, my sister, my cousin, my little brother (who has special needs), and I recently visited Topgolf for a fun night out after work. Everything started off great—we were seated promptly, and our waitress was kind and attentive. We played one round while waiting for our food and drinks, enjoying our time together.
Out of nowhere, the manager, Andy, approached us and accused us of being intoxicated. We were completely shocked, as none of us had been drinking—we had just come from work, and I was with my younger brother. When we asked Andy why he believed we were intoxicated, he claimed we were slurring our words. This confused us even more because we were speaking normally. Later, we considered that my cousin’s English isn’t perfect, and perhaps that was misinterpreted—but even if that were the case, the way we were treated was completely unacceptable.
Despite our confusion and attempts to clarify the situation, Andy insisted we leave. We were escorted out, and to our surprise, the police were called. Even the officers seemed unsure of why the situation escalated the way it did; they simply informed us that we were no longer allowed on the property. The officers themselves were polite and professional, but the entire experience left us feeling unfairly targeted and deeply disappointed.
As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. However, the way we were treated—being profiled and removed without cause—was unacceptable. A manager should handle situations with professionalism and fairness, and unfortunately, that was not the case here. This experience was frustrating, humiliating, and completely unnecessary.
I hope Topgolf takes this as an opportunity to train staff on better customer service and communication so no one else has to go through...
Read moreI don't do a lot of reviews, but I had to mention what a positive existence my entire family had last night, Thursday, Jan. 4th, 2024. I'm mentioning the date because I want management to be aware of who was working.
6 of us walked in, no early booking, expecting a wait until we could get a hitting station. The two young ladies behind the front host desk were very friendly, welcoming, and got us signed in quickly. An enthusiastic "enjoy your evening" was said as we went immediately to our station.
Our server was quick to show up as we settled in, asking if we needed any help signing in on the system. She grabbed drink orders and they were brought so quickly I was actually surprised. We followed with food orders and she was unfazed by our changing our minds about what we wanted. All the food came out super fast & exactly what we ordered. Every staffer that came to the table could not have been more professional and helpful. We never felt forgotten or unattended at any point. Perfect service at all times. And it was pretty crowded too. It's not like the staffers only had us to deal with: almost every station I could see was occupied, which made the super service all the more impressive.
Oh yeah: the golf stuff was great too. Last time we were at this location, we had some ball feed problems at the station (all quickly resolved & we were given added time for free to cover the down time), but everything worked perfectly from start to finish this visit. Chilly night, but we never noticed because the heaters worked so well.
Third time at this location; best experience so far. Thanks...

We came to celebrate a friend’s birthday and reserved two bays under separate names, planning ahead to ensure our group could play together. We even arrived early and politely requested to have the two bays side by side.
Instead of helping, the front desk gave us constant pushback. We waited 15 minutes past our reservation time, only to be told we should cancel one bay and squeeze 12 people into one bay with just six allowed to play- completely unreasonable. After insisting, we were finally assigned two bays far apart, even though there were multiple open bays adjacent to ours.
When we brought this up with the manager in a red shirt, he dismissed us instantly without checking availability, saying they were “too busy” despite our confirmed reservations. His demeanor was condescending, disrespectful, and carried a racially charged undertone, especially when he smirked and said, “I’m trying to make this a good day for you.”
We eventually agreed to move to the first floor, where he claimed two adjacent bays were open- but that level had no service, and we’d need to walk upstairs for drinks. To make things worse, our 90-minute reservation only showed 45 minutes of game time, and management refused to correct it.
What was meant to be a fun birthday celebration turned into a stressful, frustrating experience. Completely unprofessional handling, poor customer service, and zero accountability.
Waste of time and money. Topgolf, you ruined what should have been a...
