I wasn’t sure this would top a previous experience I had with the chipotle on Hampton but tonight was by far the absolute worst experience I’ve had with this chain. I placed an order online for myself and my husband. We had a quesadilla and a burrito along with several side items. My husband picked up and came home only to realize that both of our entrees were missing ingredients. My quesadilla only had meat and cheese 😩. His burrito was missing all the veggies. Frustrated and hungry I called customer service because that’s the only way you can either request refunds or make a formal complaint. While on the phone the rep only offered to give us a BOGO coupon on my account. I’d spent $30 on our meal and that’s all they offered me was a BOGO coupon 😮. I decided to try to at least salvage the meal by going inside and asking an employee if they could please make our food correctly. I had the food and receipt in hand and was ready to prove the order was incorrect. Instead of being greeted properly I was met with a female employee rudely saying “What’s wrong” I said hey our meals are missing several things are you guys able to remake them correctly? She then turns around and says we don’t have any veggies so no. No apology, absolutely no remorse, NOTHING. If you knew you were out of several things why continue to accept online orders!? All the while customer service refused to approve a refund until I screamed at the rep to speak to a manager. I have never had to raise my voice at a rep that way before but the service was disgusting and they weren’t even apologetic just simply kept saying “ma’am for missing ingredients a BOGO coupon is all we can do at this time.” So essentially they were robbing people by allowing people to unknowingly load up their carts online only for the location to be out of several things and continue to wrongfully fulfill these orders incorrectly! Sooo messed up! I finally got a manager on the phone and my refund was issued. The entire situation was so extremely exhausting. I will never again spend my money here. This location used to be so so much better idk what the hell...
