This is about the most screwed up unprofessional Target store that I've ever been into. Today I was asked for no reason to leave the store at least I feel for absolutely no reason. The only other time prior to this I've ever been to the store I was followed around by not only one but three different individuals are the obviously work for the store obviously one of those secret shoppers which couldn't be more blatantly obvious. I did not come to the store to steal from it I was not stealing I didn't even do anything that could be interpreted as such. After about 30 minutes of them ducking around corners out of sight and I'm doing a horrible job making it look like they weren't following me finally had enough I pushed the cart to the front of the store grabbed my bag and left. None of my actions warranted I'm asking me to leave the store. I was way more professional and much less rude then they were being. Overall your loss your the ones that lose out on money. Words of advice if stuff like that doesn't change no one is going to want to shop at your store and those that do...

First she ignored me when I asked a simple yes or no question (just confirming if it was the return desk. There werenāt any signs). She just ignored me. I know a lot of employers these days let their employees use headphones while they are checking customers out. So I just assumed she couldnāt hear me over the headphones. So I tried to get her attention again. And rather than just answer the simple question that I am now confident she heard, she scolded me for talking to her while she was bagging up some other customers stuff. But this Target is new. I know sometimes it takes a while to weed out the bad people in all the new hires. This one can go. Iāve worked with many customer service people. Regardless of her reasons for snapping at me, she is a problem...

On the plus side: itās clean and itās new. On the down side: pallets and more pallets lined the isles with boxes of merchandise yet to be put on the shelves at 8:00 a.m. A real lack of knowledgeable sales associates. Like a dummy, I walked into the store without my reading specs. So, I asked a young sales associate, āWhere do you keep the Purell?ā Her reply, āThe what?ā Me: āPurellā¦P-U-R-E-L-L.ā Her reply, āNever heard of it.ā Did we learn nothing from the pandemic? ...
