Went here on a Thursday and it was packed! Had some good food and a fantastic family friendly atmosphere!
For roughly $15 The food overall was good but it wasn't perfect. It's a small buffet style restaurant that has a large amount of seating with very limited hours of operation between 11:00am-2:00pm. The vegetables, salad bar and other sides were very enjoyable and solid. However the chicken was a miss for me. The fried chicken had great seasoning on it but was tough and dry, the chicken with a BBQ-ish sauce had great flavor but was again tough and dry, the grilled chicken was RAW when I cut into it, 0 for 3 in the chicken department. The shrimp jambalaya was amazing and the beef with pasta and white sauce was also good.
I had the peach cobbler dessert and that was amazing! Not overly sweet and loaded with sugar like supermarket cobblers allowing the peach to shine through! I would say to go just for that singular dessert due to how good it was. Overall food rating is a 3.5/5 stars(rounded up for google).
The atmosphere was packed full of people but it was southern families who would openly talk to you as if they had known you for years and probably even invite you to their own table with how welcoming and family friendly it is. Atmosphere is a solid 5/5 stars.
Parking was a challenge with the limited spaces and people jam packing into this restaurant and others nearby. Overall I'd go back and recommend to others to try at least once for some southern cooking. Overall...

Oh and the sweet tea is to die for you definitely have to try it. This place gets extremely packed but please don't let that stop you. They will have you seated asap believe me this is coming from a person who does not do wait list what so ever. But honestly the best part and what makes the entire experience worth it is the employees. I have never in my life met an entire restaurants employee staff who is so amazing as these people. The owner as well is absolutely amazing. There is not one single thing I could ever complain about with this place. Ok maybe the few minutes wait but hey the food is so darn good I just wanna get in and...

Fried okra corn on the cob, and a nice salad bar with all sorts of veggies and fruits and salads. Lovely desserts, such as peach cobbler, banana pudding, carrot cake and other delights.
