McDonald's — Restaurant in St. Matthews

They had a kiosk to order and pay for food instead of going to the counter. It was confusing if you were using it for the first time. It tells you to get a numbered piece of plastic, but doesn't tell you what to do with it, so I stood up front expecting my food to show up on the counter. I mentioned the confusion and another employee, who was on break, said I could take a seat and they would bring my food. I asked if they were also bringing my drink. She said no, the cups we're behind me. I asked how I would know that they were there, it didn't say anything about getting your cup on the screen. She said, you wouldn't know. I said, "exactly". So, there were 5 rows of cups. I asked the same employee, which cup was a medium, because they were not marked in anyway. Again, very confusing. Another woman had gone to the counter to ask for mustard. No one was at the counter, so she walked away saying she just wanted mustard. I finally got my drink filled as they were waiting for me to decide where I was going to sit. And I mention to the server that the lady in the blue shirt would like some mustard. I feel that I provided better customer service to the woman blue than anything else that happened on this visit. Oh yeah, customer service - that's what this visit was missing. Another woman, realizing my frustration with trying to figure out the kiosk, asked if that's how to order. With an, I guess so, she said oh no, and turned and walked out. Don't know if this was a test market for this McDonald's, but I certainly...

I called my friend and ask her to pick up food on the way home because I never had breakfast or lunch today. I got it home to find out the sandwich was made wrong. My friend got her food out and I took my sandwich and large fries back to the store. I never even had the fries out of the bag. I had only looked at the sandwich. I drove back the 3 miles to the store. When i got there, i ask them to cook a new sandwich and fries. There was silence and then they asked if I was going to pay for the fries. I said no. My fries were cold because the sandwich was wrong. Then they asked if I had the food with me. I said yes.i went to the window. The person in charge - Amber Watts - told me she would not replace the cold fries because they were half empty. I never had them out of the bag so I told her so ( they must have been filled poorly when ordered) AND I already had to drive the 3 miles back to the store to replace the sandwich - most places would compensate the fries just for the inconvenience...it made no sense to me. I asked if she could give me a small fry since they appeared half empty. She said no. So now I have to call corporate tomorrow to complain which is time consuming but someone needs to report this. She was rude and mean and it was unnecessary. I spent three years in my teens and another year or so in my twenties working for McDonald's and I remember well the work ethic of quality, service and cleanliness. I definitely did not get that work...

The McDonald's is out on hurstbourne Lane and silo way or something so Delaware or something here in Louisville Kentucky I don't give anybody a five cuz nobody's perfect but ever since I'm going through there I'm supposed to go there to the evening hours when I want to and I do when I can with him I haven't had any major problems with the company I know they packed her food well especially if you order carry-on or whatever they take great pride in that all the managers and non managers have been good very good customer service the parking lots well lit it's it's on the corner but it's all kind of right next to the main road may have two drive-throughs going through which is a nice thing to do I haven't had no problems with it the food is good I don't need a lot of fast food anymore cuz it can honestly over a period of time you can have some type of digestive infection you could too much fat or too much of one thing it's not good for you but otherwise they're really good it's well lit they have management was good and it's close to Taylorsville road it's off the main thing I hurt one parkway Walgreens and instant oil change or next to it a movie theater trying to cross the street from it...
