Awful service! I ordered chips and queso with my meal. This is how ridiculous of an experience that was…

Me: Can I get an order of chips and queso with my burrito?

Employee: Which size?

Me: what are my options?

Employee: Small, medium and large.

Me: How much is each one?

Employee: It’s up there on the menu.

Me: No it’s not.

Employee: Oh, well let me go look it up (she comes back and gives me the prices).

Me: i’ll take the one in the middle.

At the register with employee #2…

Employee: Would you like anything else?

Me: I’m just missing the chips for my queso.

Employee: What size chips do you want?

Me: A large enough bag for the queso.

Employee: You want a large?

Me: I want whatever comes with the queso, but it needs to be large enough for that size queso.

Employee: Well chips don’t come with queso. Do you only get chips if you order the tiny cup of queso.

Me: Well when I ordered I asked for chips and queso. What kind of a Mexican restaurant doesn’t serve chips with their queso?

Employee: I’m sorry, but I can sell you a bag of chips, but the case it doesn’t automatically come with chips.

You get the idea. I swear it was like pulling teeth. What kind of a ridiculous policy is it that if you order a little tiny cup of queso for one or two dollars, whatever the tiny one costs, you get chips, but if you spend $6 to $12 on a large queso you don’t. This place is ridiculous he just wants to nickel and...

I ordered from them on Uber eats and I received my food 1.5 hours later after I ordered and I see cheese and sour cream on my tacos! The only thing I wanted on my tacos was beef, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and diced jalapeños with hot salsa due to my lactose intolerance issues and any diary products tears me up! When I saw my food I tried to call them twice and it went straight to voicemail after about 10 rings! Then I threw my food in the trash and complained about it on Uber eats and got 75% of my money back and waited 20 more minutes and tried to call back to the restaurant and still the same 10 rings and then the voicemail! Well I guess I won’t be speaking with the manager because they don’t answer the phone in the first place! Also, how hard is it to follow basic receipt reading and not just add stuff on people food thinking that they forgot to add that! Their are reasons why I leave things off for a reasons and I didn’t forgot and also what kind of place getting ran where they don’t answer...

We often have lunches catered in our office. Having researched several "Taco Bar" catering options for 40 people, I decided to use Salsarita's. Their catering staff and their food was one of the best experiences I have had when looking for food for 40 people. I chose them because they offered salsa, sour cream, and other taco toppings included in the price. I appreciate the fact that they don't charge extra, and it's already in the pricing. The delivery was flawless. Once the bar was set up, I became apprehensive that there might not be enough food. The delivery person, Brian, went above and beyond. He said he would call his people and add whatever extra food that I needed. He also said he would deliver it back to us quickly. He did exactly what he said, and he saved my day. We had enough food with a little leftover. Thank you Salsarita's for a wonderful experience and absolutely delicious food. Everyone agreed the food was excellent.
