April 30, 2021, placed an on-line order at 4:31pm for a Taco Salad and a Quesadilla with a pick-up time of 5:01pm. Arrived at 5pm and patiently stood in line with 2 giggly girls behind the register serving 2 female customers. Meanwhile, another customer was placing a walk-in order at the counter and 2 others were standing off to the side waiting for their orders. When I was finally acknowledged, I told the female that I was picking up my online order. She called out that I was there for my order and I saw someone searching for a ticket. It is now 5:10pm. As the walk-in customer starts to get his food, I shrugged and asked where my order was. The reply was that it is being prepared. I told them the order was placed at 4:30 and a tall male replied "Yeah. Pick-up time is 5:15". I said "No, 5:01" and I start to get an argument so I ask for a manager. Now I see someone literally throwing together the Taco Salad with his hands and when I mention that, someone loudly says "Who has a complaint about the food?". I told him my complaint is about the lack of food and ask why the walk-in has his food but my online order wasn't ready at the time promised. First he says "Shift change" and I said it was placed at 4:30. Then he complains about how busy they are...I say again online order was placed at 4:30. He asks if I want a refund and I say yes. Meanwhile I see a box for the Taco Salad, half-closed, on the counter and, at 5:20 the female says "you're order is ready". I know that the Quesadilla has been sitting and is cold and I saw that the salad was sloppily made. I tell (I guess) the manager give me a refund and I'll go elsewhere. He asks me to step aside with him, away from the earshot of his employees) and asks what he can do to make it right. I'm already disgusted with the service and want nothing more to do with the shop except get my refund and go. He gives me a receipt, says he cancelled the order and I should see the refund reflected in my account used to pay. I told him that if they are not prepared to do business and take care of each customer properly, especially one who has already paid for his order and added a 20% tip, then they shouldn't be open. The staff is very disorganized, and there seems to be a total lack of management overseeing them. He apologized. Final thought is that my online and paid for order was an after-thought or completely disregarded until the female said "William is here for his order" and then someone looked for the ticket. The service in this...
Read moreI think the staff here are very nice and they are quick and efficient. The issue that I have with this place is ordering online. I have had to contact customer service several times about it. So when I am on my way home from work I know how long it will take me to get from work to pick up the food I order. Most times I will get there earlier since traffic is lighter so when I get there I wait until about 10 minutes before the pick up time. When I go in the food is already on the table ready to go. The issue is at those times the food has been cold and at times the chicken rubbery. It makes me wonder how long it was sitting there before I got there. One time I got there 15 minutes early and parked right in front of the window. There were bags already to be picked up and I sat there until 5 minutes before my pick up time. So when I went in my food was on the table so it was sitting there to whole time 15 minutes before my pick up time. The food was cold and the sauce was wrong that I put on the app to order. I'm not driving back at that point. Customer service was good after a few times contacting them and they made it right by giving me money towards the next order. The taco salad is very good, love the crispy chicken tacos and the tater tots were very good. I just recently ordered the wings this past weekend and I can honestly say that they messed up my stomach and that was the only thing I ate that day. Hoping that future...
Read moreThis is what happens when you mix fake “Mexican” food with zero standards and call it a day. Dry meat, limp tortillas, lukewarm slop slapped together by kids who look like they’d rather be anywhere else. It’s fast-casual food that tastes like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp in purgatory.
But the best part? Watching the same mask-wearing zombies from the Regal next door waiting 15 minutes for a sad burrito bowl while glaring at you for standing too close outside. These are the same people leaving glowing reviews from their sanitized bunkers at home like, “So clean! So safe! So responsible!” Yeah, and the food still tastes like drywall dust with chipotle mayo.
Nothing in this place has flavor, pride, or a pulse. It's like the entire plaza is stuck in a time loop of mediocrity and fear. This isn’t food, it’s a wet napkin of a meal served in a strip mall run by people who couldn’t care less.
Eat literally anywhere else. Or better yet, cook...
