Unfortunately the manager needs to check her attitude and they need to get more organized. Came to this new location after church with my husband and kids. The kids were excited to get some donuts while they waited at the table and we placed the order at the counter. The girl behind the counter was very nice however, while we were ordering, a lady walked in the door, walked by us and asked me very aggressively "is that your kid?" I said "yes" and looked behind me. I saw my 3 year old reaching over the table to grab her tablet from her brother. She said "you need to get her off my table!" My 3 year old's stomach was on the table because she was reaching over and she acted like my kid was standing on top of the table. I looked back for the lady and she had gone off behind the scenes. My wife and I were deciding what we wanted when one of the two workers finally moped her way over and said “our lobby is closed but you can go through drive thru if you want”. Really, it was 6:55pm and the door was open so you want me to leave the lobby and get in my car and go through the drive thru to order the donuts that I was just staring at. Hmmm, how about you use your brain and just serve the customer that is standing in front of you. I was polite and said okay thanks and left without issue. Just frustrating to see young people have such poor service and no common sense. Btw, it’s not like the lobby was cleaned yet either. It was still a mess so no reason to send us out. Read moreI don’t know where to start. My boyfriend and I stopped here out of LBI on the way home. We did the drive thru and lady inside was extremely rude! I had a question regarding the new cereal n milk for diet restrictions due to health issues & she was no help. So I got the same thing my bf got, iced Carmel latte. We ordered a croissant & hashbrowns as well. At the window she hands us 1 latte and a small bag. 3min later she comes back and says “what are you waiting for”. I said our other latte. She said you only ordered 1. I said no and repeated our order. She looks at us and said no. You only ordered this and began arguing with us about it. My boyfriend said don’t worry about it and left. Then we look in the bag and there’s no hashbrowns. So safe to say we will not be returning. These people need to learn customer service.
