Dunkin' — Restaurant in Stafford Township

I am a frequent Dunkin Donuts customer, but this is one of the worst Dunkin Donuts I have been to. I was so happy to see this was opening in Manahawkin, but after multiple bad experiences I seldom go to this location. When I had first gone there several years ago, there were flies sitting on donuts. I thought this was a one off, but I was just there today, and once again, there are flies flying around and sitting on donuts. For some reason, this Dunkin just cannot get the orders right. Either the staff is undertrained, or they just don't care. Every time I have ordered a take out order, it comes out wrong. A few weeks ago, I ordered a chai latte for pickup. It did NOT taste the way it does, and I have had it many times. It was bitter, they clearly messed up the proportions. I know they have pretty straightforward recipes, yet they still seem to get it wrong. I decided to get pick up order again today, a chai latte. I ordered well in advance, but when I got there, it was not ready, and I had to wait for it. When it was finally ready, the outside of the cup had spill marks all over it, and the cup was cold. I took one sip (because I know their history of always messing up orders), and it was COLD and black tea. Mind you, I ordered a chai latte. When I told them the order was wrong, the other worker told me that is a chai latte. I said first off, this is cold, second, a latte has steamed milk in it, there is NO milk in it. They realized their mistake, and had to make another one. The other one still wasn't right, messed up proportions, and it was lukewarm. I thought I would give them a chance again, but with the flies sitting on donuts and constant messing up of almost every order, and also stale donuts, this will be my last time. Dunkin Donuts in Manahawkin,NJ near TGI Fridays,deserves a Big Fat Zero for Poor Customer Service...America,May run on Dunkin but unfortunately it doesn't give the right for a,Manager to walk by a,Table while on her way out the door and say Something,Very Unprofessional to a,Mother who was Tending to her Child,who was having an Off Day....What,a Parent does with their Child and where they go is Really No Concern to You...You,should learn how to mind your own Business and Worry about Yourself and your Establishment...To,even get the Police involved was the Stupidest thing that was Done and when they,came out they already knew that everything was Fine and that People,should stop being a,"KAREN"and Worry about Themselves...Yes,Dunkin Donuts Corporate is already Contacted and they even,"AGREED"with the Parent...Shame on You DD in,Manahawkin,NJ for your poor Customer Service and,you and your Horrible Manager should learn how to Respect...

Just 3 days ago I had my morning usual 12 pack of Donuts, Veggie flat sandwich, and large coffee and my server was absolutely fantastic I believe her name was Lori or Laura and she was the nicest lady I had ever dealt with at the store......Fast foward 3 days later and I walk in and once again I see the manager yelling at her employees and downgrading them infront of all the customers to witness....I finally get to the register and ask if Lori/ Laura is working and let the manager lalani know how pleased I was with Laura the other day and she snaps at me that she fired her dismorning like she was wearing a badge of honor.....I dont understand how a place can operate with a manager like that and all of these young kids getting yelled at and the only nice woman I had seen there over the past 6 months is fired??????? Unbelievable! and extremely disappointed......I want Laura/Lori (the one with the long brown hair)...
