McDonald's — Restaurant in Stafford Township

I have eaten here several times in the last week and each visit has been absolutely terrible. The night-time drive-thru employee cannot understand orders and can barely read, making ordering at the drive up incredibly frustrating and difficult. When I expressed my frustration to the manager after having my order placed wrong, she was giving me attitude & causing a scene about fixing the order. I had asked if it where possible to substitute the Big Macs in the Family Deal Box for another sandwich, they said no and it wasn't a problem, I ordered the regular dinner box and said I wanted 2 McDoubles on the side. It caused a problem, the drive-up employee pitched a fit, saying they just told me I couldn't substitute the sandwiches & that I was being difficult. I proceeded to explain that I didn't want the McDoubles substituted in the box, I just wanted them on the side. When I received my order, I had gotten the regular Family deal Box like i ordered, but was missing my 2 McDoubles, they weren't even placed on my receipt because the illiterate & very rude cashier couldn't understand or read the register.

A few days later I go back because I wanted some breakfast McMuffins after work so I stop. It was the same two people at the window, so ordering was once again a huge hassle. They where taking 1 car at a time, not taking my order until the car in front of me had ordered, payed, and received their food. All of my eggs where green and the burritos where made at 11AM. Unacceptable. I am very dissatisfied, I work hard to afford this food and I don't appreciate this. All of the fast food places in Manahawkin are like this, it's ridiculous.

I have received no compensation from the managers or cooperate, if I could rate 0 stars I would. Hands down the worst McDonald's I've ever ordered from, it's a miracle if you can eat the food you pay for from here, EVERY TIME I get my food home it's either wrong or old/rotten....

This MCDONALDS IS BY FAR THE WORST LOCATION—EVER! I try to avoid it as much a possible! Today however I was in a rush & needed to pick up food to take with me so I went thru the drive thru. I ALWAYS USE MY MCDONALDS APP TO PLACE ORDERS SO I CAN JUST PICK UP MY FOOD IN THE DRIVE THRU ONLY HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT WAITING IN LINE & NOT MY FOOD but of course! The app wasn’t working to place an order for this location! I ignored my first 🚩 because I was already in Manahawkin and needed to be in Waretown in less then 20 minutes. So I went to this location anyway🙄 ONLY TO BE 1 OF TWO CARS IN THE DRIVE THRU- & still these people are processing ONE ORDER AT A TIME IN THE DRIVE THRU! I HAD TO WAIT U TIL THE CAR AHEAD OF ME WAS GONE BEFORE THEY TOOK MY ORDER—UNBELIEVABLE! These restaurants are making the associates SO WRRIED ABOUT THE STUPID TIMER ON THE DRIVE THRU ORDERS THAT THEY PROCESS DRIVE THRU ORDERS ONE AT A TIME TO AVOID GETTING IN TROUBLE W/The pencil pushers🙄 NOW I KNOW IM GOING TO BE LATE! I was NOT acknowledged when I pulled up to the second window! Not until they decided I needed to wait in the reserved parking areas because the food was being cooked. I was given the wrong condiments for my food. Which wouldn’t matter if the food was for me. Of course I would need the stupid condiments to get my kids to eat the darn food🤦🏽‍♀️ SO INSTEAD OF GOING BACK TO THAT LOCATION I WENT TO THE BARNEGAT LOCATION JUST FOR FLIPPING CONDIMENTS OBVIOUSLY I WAS LATE! I ABSOLUTELY DISLIKE THIS LOCATION GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE! IF YOU DARE TO ORDER INSIDE DONT BOTHER TRYING TO GET SOMEONE TO STEP OUT FROM THE KITCHEN TO TAKE YOUR ORDER— YOU DO NOT EXSIST! EVERY ONE OF THEM IS FOCUSED ON THAT DRIVE THRU TIMER! SO USE THE KIOSKS! what are the owners/corporate doing to these people that they are so afraid to give anyone the bare minimum service because the drive thru timer can’t exceed...

During the day, I have never waited more than a few minutes for drive thru service. I rarely write negative reviews, but this was not a one-time occurrence.

During the last month, I had used the late night drive thru 3 times.

ALL three times the wait time was absolutely ridiculous. All three visits were between 1 am and 3 a m. Each time I waited OVER 12 minutes from placing my order to being served, that is not including the time waiting in line to place my order.

Having worked as a crew member in McDonald's in high school and college, I know that the target serve time is under 2 minutes. I understand late hours the serve time maybe longer but almost 15 minutes seems unreasonable, especially when ordering common items on the menu, like burgers and fries.

Yesterday I visited at about 4 am. I ordered 4 sausage McMuffins. (On the $1/2/3 dollar menu, they are $1 each, & 2 bacon mcdoubles at $2 each.) The ordering screen was not working, so I had to assume my order was correct, my order was not read back to me to check for accuracy, and I was not given an amount, just told to pull to the second window. After waiting at least 10 minutes to get to the second window, the total was significantly more than the $9 to $10 I was anticipating. When I looked at the receipt, the reason for the higher price was that I was charged for 4 Sausage EGG McMuffins. The manager at the window did attempt to be accommodating, offering to make new sandwiches without the egg at no charge, and asked if I would take the four with egg. I had already waited long enough, and I was running short on patience, So I accepted sandwiches with egg summer and just threw the egg out.

All of this could have been avoided if the order screen was working, if my order had simply been read back to me to check...
