I have never rated before but this was an experience I just had to share. My mother and I wanted to give this place a try and it was early morning so we weren’t sure if they were open or not. My mother was able to open the door and went in and rang the bell not knowing you should only ring it if you know what you’re ordering. (At usual pho restaurants they would seat you with menus or at least hand you a menu when you ask). A lady came out and sounded annoyed that the bell was rung and asked if we were ready to order. My mother said yes there’s two of us that would like to eat and the lady said ok what do you want to order with a stern voice. My mom asked for a menu and the lady said we weren’t even ready to order. Never even offering a menu, my mom and I felt uncomfortable with the way the lady was talking to us and so my mom wanted to leave. As we walked out, the lady was screaming at us about not knowing our order. When we got into the car, a male cook or server came out and spat towards my car then went back in and flicked us of with both hands. We were just hungry and the way the lady treated us from the start was very unpleasant. I was actually worried the man would come back out and harm us so we left to find a different pho restaurant. The ratings gave me some hope but it turned into a scary event in just a few seconds. Our timing was...

Read moreThis was my first time going here and was excited to try a different place selling Pho. They do things kind of backwards but having you pay first and we'll as tip before you can even know how the service will be. When I say down the table condiments were nasty, old and I would have probably left by that alone but I already paid. Everything else came out looking fresh and was good but not as good as Pho Saigon in Sugar Land. I wish they took some pride in presentation as far as they're cleanliness and condiments because the soy sauce was old, the Sa Te (chili oil) was old and dried out, fish oil was very dirty, salt and pepper were dirty as well. These were all the tables so it wasn't just one table. Will most likely never go back, I might catch something if I...
