This is my second time coming to this location and I’m furious because I come on my lunch break. I am talking about the butcher looking woman at the speaker. she could have made my food fresh and she was getting smart talking about she don’t hold food. That wasn’t my question and I told her I didn’t mind waiting I ordered 3 chickens sandwich combos which are all hard so I know for a fact they wasn’t made fresh because the time didn’t add up from where I was and the time I ordered. There was no way my order was made fresh. I want a refund plus I ordered a smash burger combo. My friend order was completely wrong she wanted curly fries and a milk shake but they changed her order to a soda and regular fry. I’m upset they need a customer service friendly crew who don’t mind working. I have called twice no answer so I will be there first thing tomorrow morning. If I have to call corporate someone will fix it. The drink machine filter needs to be rolled the dos taste horrible omg. This is so unprofessional food is not cheap. I’ll tell all of my coworkers at the usps not to shop here period. I spent almost 45.00 on food for it to be horrible and disgusting the lettuce old on the sandwiches. I can’t make this up. Update: I got off this morning and went by to speak to the manager about my order and Sylvia was the morning manger and I can see that her employees is a reflection of her because she was also rude and had no remorse of our food being made like that. She told me I had the option to check my food while I was in the drive thru and I’m like you want me to check everybody’s order with my dirty hands picking through their food to see if y’all made it fresh? Read moreWorst location I've been to in my life and that's saying a lot. No exaggeration. The staff and management are incompetent, rude and totally condescending. I had an issue 2 weeks ago and had some words exchanged with the manager/supervisor TYria. Fast forward to 15 minutes ago. My dad and I ordered 3 Jr burgers, a few tacos value fries and egg rolls. Not a huge, complicated order at all. We were also the only car in line. It was not busy and actually looked almost empty. We pulled up, paid and waited almost 30 minutes and not one time did anyone come to say "it'll be a few minutes", "thank you for your patience", "I apologize for the wait". Nothing. Again, bc of my experience last time, I'm not surprised. I also wasn't surprised to see the manager/supervisor Tyria on shift during this whole ordeal. I advised my dad to get his money back, so he did. When he complained about the wait, there were no apologies. He told the cashier he could've ordered a beer and a burger at Applebee's in 30 minutes and Tyria the supervisor said "well go to Applebee's". I'm absolutely done with this location. I'm not one to jeopardize anyone's job or livelihood but there needs to be some additional training in customer service at least. There's a reason they stay empty and I'm sure the business this location gets is simply bc it's off 59 and most of those people are just passing thru and don't know better. I will be calling corporate first thing in the morning and will not let this go. It seems like disrespecting customers is a norm here. After waiting in the drive-thru line for about 20 minutes, we finally reached the order window, only to be told by the employee (a white male) to wait again. After another 15 minutes, we asked about placing our order, and he rudely said, “Get out of here, I’m not taking your order.” We were shocked and confused but had no choice but to wait in line to exit.
