Dunkin' — Restaurant in Stamford

At approximately 3:20pm I waited to get served by what seems to be one person servicing the whole store. I did not notice anyone else working behind or front of the store to assist the one man who’s there alone. For that reason this location gets only 2 stars, if they hire an extra person to work the graveyard shift with him I wouldn’t have any issues. Lastly, the place isn’t up to OSHA standards as there were coffee stains that seems like it hasn’t been cleaned for days; not to mention how the customer bathroom looks 🤢😷 the toilet and floors there looks like it hasn’t been properly sanitize nor sweep...

Honestly a decent dunkin. Friendly, attentive staff and decent drinks/food. Sadly though me and many people I know who have to use this as the only local Dunkin’ in this area are sick of the men frequenting the front entrance often and creating traffic issues in the parking lot. I’m not saying I expect the staff to go out there but someone needs to put an end to this. Why would I put a mask on for the store if I have to walk by 4 men with no mask in dirty clothes? Absolutely appalling given there is a designated corner off the highway for them to stand for work… Do better...

I come here every morning and dave is usually here and does great job. Today I scan my dunkin app for sandwich back egg and cheese. They take my coupon charge me full price and then cannot give me back my money. Held me here for 20min because he looked lost as if he is on drugs or dunk or something the guy thay served me. 🤔 this is the third time happened to me at this location and alway when dave is not here to help. Now I had to leave dunkin without the money he said would refund me. And late for work on top of it...
