I've been a regular customer at Fairfield Pizza, but my recent experience on Saturday, 1/20/24, was extremely disappointing. I ordered a large specialty pizza and honey BBQ wings, but upon delivery, the wings were missing, and the pizza was completely wrong.
When I called to address the issue, I spoke with Carlos, who not only argued that I had ordered incorrectly but also insisted that all their food is perfect. Despite explaining my usual order, Carlos hung up on me. Upon calling again, he asserted that my order was taken correctly and dismissed my concerns, refusing a refund.
To make matters worse, they didn't pick up the incorrect pizza, nor did they issue a refund. This lack of accountability and poor customer service left me with no choice but to order from another place. As a result, the pizza still sits in my driveway.

I’ve been ordering for years, had an instance where I ordered a vegan slice & was told they didn’t make that.. after I assured the cashier I’ve ordered this plenty of times they checked my history & confirmed they can do it. I’ll give the benefit of the doubt that this particular cook probably wasn’t familiar with making it.. but it was not appetizing at all. We called to see if there was anything they can do.. they gave no solutions & I had to plead with them to give me a refund.. After being told I’d get a refund they charged my card anyway. I’m not calling again because it was already frustrating trying to get someone to help me. I felt dismissed, & not taken care of as a loyal customer....

I was unhappy with a situation that happened with a worker at the restaurant and left a review on here. The owner, Fernando, reached out immediately addressing my concerns and was very understanding of the situation. (He even gave me his cell phone number to speak with me directly) He seemed very sympathetic and heartbroken that I was not completely satisfied with my experience.
As I wrote in my first review, the pizza there is very well done (we order the arugula and feta monthly) and knowing that we are ordering from an owner who cares about the customer is just a bonus. We will continue ordering from this great...
