As a black owned business I am highly disappointed. I went in wanting freshly squeezed wheat grass, and I was given pre-made wheat grass. I told the employee nicely I would prefer it freshly squeezed. The employee said it was just squeezed this morning, which is ok, but I insisted nicely I would prefer it freshly squeezed, because I know sitting it loses its consistency. I overheard another employee complaining that it’s fresh wheat grass, while I stood there. The worker that was assisting me came back and apologized and another worker called the employee to the back, I guess the one that was not pleased that I wanted freshly squeezed wheatgrass, as she walked away she turned around and looked at me with a smirk on her face. Extremely poor customer service. I asked for a refund l was not given back my full refund. I ordered beets as well, it was offered to me but I did not want it at this point, because I was very disappointed and hurt. I was only refunded for the wheat grass. I will say the cashier was extremely apologetic. I am very appalled at the customer service here. I enjoy natural products, and I love to support my own because there are other spots in Stamford.. This place is AMAZING!!! I start my day with them every morning with my 5 year old , that's right I even have healthy drinks on the weekend. Not to mention they have healthy drinks for children , which my son loves! It is a lifestyle that you commit to when you take care of your health and body. Everything at Juice King is organic and fresh and you definitely feel a difference in your body after drinking any of the various drinks they specialize in. They also prioritize in making you feel welcomed and greet you by name if you are a daily customer(me) almost feels like a second family! The names of the drinks are so interesting , but besides the names the effects that each different drink has on the body is phenomenal. No idea what I am talking about? A must visit when your need for a healthy pick-me-up. All plant based - vegan smoothies and juices, and health shots. While traveling for work, I stumbled on Juice Kings. Not all juice places are created the same, and would consider myself quite picky. This place has a great menu and fresh ingredients. You can tell there was so much heart put into this place. The service was top notch, never having to wait the two times I went. The woman who asked my order suggested a few items when I wasn’t sure what to get. To top it all off, this place was super down to earth- not pretentious like many healthy juice places can be. They give an “all is welcome” vibe. I certainly felt welcome and hope to be back in the area so that I can try more of the menu.
