I go to Freshco nearly every day, and let me tell you...

The owner, Fafar, is one of the most pleasant, friendly and funny women on the planet! She goes far and beyond to ensure she is on a first name basis with her customers, knows your top 3 favorite meals, and treats every individual as a member of her own family. I stand in line, and someone else walks in, "Oh, hi John!" "Hi, Marie!" I walk in and, although she does know it, I don't get addressed by my first name though. I get addressed as "honey" because I'm special lol! Just kidding! Anyway, on to the food. Incredible! The she and her chef are A+ masters of their craft. From menu specialties, to the most ridiculous sandwich construction I can imagine, I receive a largely filling meal, full of flavor, all my favorite sauces (without having to ask anymore because they KNOW EVERYONE'S FAVORITE EVERYTHING), and the food is hot and beautiful. I recently moved to the area and met the Freshco family, and it has been a joy having this place to eat at right up the street! Her son mans the front and he is always kind and considerate. I've seen him run around the counter to help an elderly man, slowly walking with a cane, get to the counter to order. These truly are the best people, and they make food that I look forward to every day for lunch. It's hard to go anywhere else. They have everything! I crave a burger? Freshco! A burrito(better than a lot of Mexican spots I've eaten at)? Freshco! I will run out of characters in this review before I run out of nice things to say. Drove all the way across town to try and find this hidden gem, and let me tell you, it was worth it! Originally saw them on Eric’s Bagels as they carry his bagels daily (Tuesday-Sunday as Eric’s is closed on Monday’s) — if you haven’t had one yet, go here and get one immediately, your life with be changed for the better. Farnaz was welcoming, friendly, and a delight to chat with while we waited for our food to be cooked. We got two bacon, egg, and cheeses on bagels and cones and it didn’t not disappoint. The bacon ration was great and you got a piece in every bite which is of high importance to me when getting a bacon, egg, and cheese. The potato cones were cooked to absolute perfection. Service was quick and friendly and we left laughing with smiles on our faces due to how friendly and personable the owners were. Will absolutely be back again soon to try something else! One of our favorite places to go!! The food is amazing and the specials menu always changing. Everything is always Fresh. It's hard to decide when there's two great specials on the board. The last two specials I had were the Greek Gyro all homemade with homemade Tzatziki sauce (drool) and then the fried eggplant with broccoli rabe, hot peppers and mozzarella...oh my word so yummy. I had it on the brain the whole week and went back to get it again! I laugh and tell the owner I always forget to take a picture of my food so I can write a review with a picture. but I can't wait and take a bite so fast!! The owner is the sweetest human being on the planet. She knows all her customers and knows their usual order. She's always so happy to see her customers too. You feel like family when you are there. She's always so sweet to my kids and they'll even say to me can we go to Far Far's. ...
