Avoid Fruit Oasis - Horrible Experience and Unethical Practices

I recently had an appalling experience at Fruit Oasis in the mall, and I feel compelled to warn others about their unethical practices. This place is a disgrace, and the owner’s behavior is utterly unacceptable.

I visited Fruit Oasis with my 5-year-old daughter for what I thought would be a simple treat. We bought a fruit salad, and while my daughter was standing and playing nearby, she accidentally knocked over a stand banner. Let me emphasize that the banner was not damaged in the slightest—not a scratch or a dent. Several people around us witnessed this incident and can attest to the fact that nothing was broken.

However, the man who claimed to be the owner approached us and immediately demanded that I pay for the banner. He was aggressive and insistent, despite the clear evidence that the banner was perfectly fine. His demand was not only unreasonable but felt like a blatant attempt to extort money from me.

What made the situation even worse was his attitude. In the middle of our conversation, he made a racist remark, saying, "You people can't control your kids." This kind of language is completely unacceptable and left me shocked and furious. When I called him out on his racist comment, he tried to backtrack by saying, "Oh, I am Spanish," as if that excused his behavior.

This man’s actions and words made my 5-year-old daughter cry. She was visibly upset and scared by his aggressive demeanor. No child should have to go through that, especially over something so trivial and undamaged. Despite my protests and the support of witnesses, I felt pressured and ended up paying him $128 for absolutely nothing.

It's clear that the owner of Fruit Oasis is running a scam, preying on unsuspecting customers to make a quick buck. This kind of behavior is not only unethical but also deeply troubling. A business owner who prioritizes scamming customers over providing a quality service does not deserve to be in business.

I strongly urge everyone to avoid Fruit Oasis at all costs. There are plenty of other places in the mall where you can enjoy a treat without the fear of being scammed or verbally abused. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this place. I hope the owner reflects on his actions and realizes that exploiting and mistreating customers is no way to...

I recently visited Fruit Oasis and, unfortunately, my experience left me quite disappointed. I ordered a smoothie, but it was not blended properly, leaving chunks that made it difficult to enjoy. When I politely mentioned that the flavor wasn’t to my liking and asked if I could try a different one or receive a refund, the staff member was unhelpful and responded with rude commentary. I was told I had to drink it, which felt unfair, especially as it was my first time at this establishment. I’m upset by the quality of the smoothie and the lack of customer service. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work to improve both their product and customer interactions...

Highly recommend Fruits Oasis, it is the healthy spot expecially when compared to all the businesses in the food court and including the downtown area. Everything is so fresh and all natural it speaks for itself you can feel the fresh fruit you can tell its real and taste delicious. Fruits Oasis offers so many options like their delicious protein & fruit shakes, fresh pressed juice, acai bowls, fruit bowls, spicy mango cups, ginger lemon shots, ice cream desserts with fruits, banana spilt and so much more!
