Believe it or Nothing Bundt Cakes have been on my radar for sometime. I created an account and joined their club even though I have not had the opportunity to try them. I am unsure where I first learned about them but something intrigued me enough to become a "member" and that is saying something. Lol.
Back in June I was in Stamford for an event at another local eatery and just happened to be a 5 minute drive away from this location. Even though I had yet to experience these sweet delights my travel companion was a notable fan. With the store closing in 10 minutes, we dashed up the rode and made it within a few minutes of the lights going off. To our surprise we were pleasantly greeted with a smile from Meredith. Her customer service was superb and much appreciated as we were notably cutting it close.
The store is bright and whimsical with different selections suitable for all occasions even the more often then not "just because" occasion. There was selection of candles named after iconic locations, of course New York City caught my eye. However, the price said this was not a "just because" occasion for a candle. Lol.
I was unsure what to try and Meredith was so sweet with my indecisive decision making. I decided to go with one of my "go to" flavors of Red Velvet. Additionally I also decided to try the White Chocolate Raspberry. Both great choices that I tried within the next day or two. However, on the drive home my friend allowed me to sample her Limited Edition Key Lime flavor available for the summer.
The bundtlets were all ultra moist. The Key Lime and Red velvet cake were both topped with creamy cream cheese icing. The two I purchased traveled well and were still moist and delectable a few days later.
Definitely worth trying if in the area, just try to be mindful of the store hours so you are not trying to do the mad dash like we did.
Thank you Meredith for your wonderful customer service.

Read moreWe’re so excited about Nothing Bundt Cakes coming to Stamford. I’ve never heard of the company, so decided to stop in and try it. The space is perfectly decorated, conveniently located, priced fairly, the sales associates are very helpful and thoroughly explained each flavor and sizing. I even met the owners who were wonderful and friendly. Since their opening, nearly 3/4 weeks ago , I have stopped in 4 times and have bought “bundtinies” for 3 separate birthday celebrations! They are even fully stocked on candles, paper plates, greeting cards and other goodies. It’s a one stop shop for birthdays/celebrations if you’re a last minute person like myself.
I think I’ve tried nearly every flavor however my favorites are white chocolate lemon raspberry and confetti. They’re all delicious and not overly sweet.
I even brought some cakes to my parents house who are very traditional people, and have been ordering birthday cakes from the same Italian bakery for decades, and they are now hooked on Nothing Bundt Cakes.
Can’t stop raving about this place, their delicious cakes and...
Read moreUpon first glance, the Red Velvet cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes appears to be a classic bundt cake, but it’s clear that it’s something special. The visual appeal is impressive, with a smooth cream cheese frosting cascading over the top, showcasing a rich, deep red hue that promises decadence.
The texture is moist and velvety, living up to its name, and the flavor is spot on. The cocoa notes are prominent but balanced with just the right amount of sweetness. The cream cheese frosting adds a tangy richness that complements the cake beautifully, making each bite indulgent.
Overall, while it may not fit the traditional bundt cake mold, the Red Velvet cake is a delightful treat that stands out for its taste and presentation. A must-try for anyone who loves this...
