Star City Nutrition — Restaurant in Star City

i have been in about 4 or 5 times now over that last few weeks to try different items off of their extensive menu. each time i have gone in with an open mind because this store makes their teas and shakes differently than what i am used to and they have a lot of flavors to chose from, i am very much a drink girlie and love to try different things. many flavors have no descriptors listed on the menu so you really do have to ask questions when trying to decide what you want as a newer customer who does not know the menu. with that being said, i am utterly disappointed by the interactions ive had with multiple different staff members across every visit. they have been rude, unhelpful and unwelcoming every time i’ve been in to their establishment to spend money, they act like it’s a bother to answer questions regarding flavors or just confusions with their menu and after this last very rude interaction i had with a worker, though i did enjoy the drink i got i don’t think i will be back. there was great potential here and the shakes are delicious but for how much you’re paying the willingness to answer questions and overall customer...

I’m not even sure where to begin, I stumbled across this place late 2023 and I come on a weekly (honestly daily) basis. The teas are so unbelievably good. I don’t get jittery like I would from coffee or energy drinks. They have so many options and fun drinks to try. There are so many options and flavors you will never run out of fun ones to try. The staff is unbelievably kind and helpful. I love talking to them they will remember not only what flavors you like to be able to give good recommendations for drinks but also they make sure to remember you over time and get to know you. It’s a welcoming and fun environment. Anytime I did not love my drink they would remake it happily (JUST ASK). I do not think I can come up with an adjective strong enough to remotely describe Star City Nutrition. Not only do they offer delicious products with a very large menu, but their employees are simply top notch whether it is choosing a tea, shake, coffee or helping you begin a life style change with their programs. No matter who is working you are always greeted with a smiling face and glowing personality. Also the atmosphere that the "shop" gives off is one like no other. I can not recommend this...
