Hardee's — Restaurant in Starkville

Food is good but overly priced and every time I come they try to cheat me and now I see it's purposely. The time before last I went I ordered a Moonshine Burger meal and they decided to completely disregard the order and put a cheese burger in instead and I did not let them get away with it I was home I went right back kept the cheeseburger for the poor service and still got my "proper" burger. After that order two days later I went there and they decided to not give me my curly fries completely with one of my combos and I knew better this time I did not leave from the drive thru window without checking the bag the guy who packed my food came to the window and apologized for doing it but I knew he did it purposely I think these people like eating there on food more than the customers. Well just for a few words of advice It makes no sense to have good food if your are not going to serve it, promote it, or price it properly. I know this is a lot but lastly I went to sonic last night and saw that a medium fry was 1.79 and I thought I would make a good decision to go to Hardee's instead because they are slightly better and I am talking about the sonic across from wal mart (beside captain d's "DISGUSTING"). I went to Hardee's after checking the price of the fries online the small fries both regular and curly were 1.79 I could agree to that considering I love their fries but I saw that there marketing strategy was and still is a scam because "lol" I got there and both"SMALL" fries were higher than sonic (crazy). The small regular was 1.89 and the curly was 2.19 freakishly high. So long story short they have good food but they will cheat you so if you are trying to save or budget go to sonic were you can see the prices on the menu because at Hardee's if you don't get tricked at the menu before ordering at drive thru I ensure you something will be either missing from your bag or it might be substituted for something cheaper. Lol I'm rapping it up with this last sentence, "I wouldn't be doing this if they hired better workers/associates; I applied here as a team member when I know I am over qualified and should be a manager and still didn't get the job but they had the nerves to hire someone who didn't look fit for a job right in front of me. Get it...

This place is a parody of a Hardee's because of how inefficient it is. The franchise as a whole is awesome and I've been to amazing ones but this place is ridiculous. Dining in they don't even deliver to the table. The one thing that separates Hardee's from all other fast food places. In drive through your food will be wrong 50% of the time like most fast food joints in this town. Unfortunately this place also suffers from the same thing most fast food joints in this town also suffer from as well which is "does that complete your order!" If you are ordering more than one item and actually spending a decent amount of money there ordering for a family then be prepared to have that literally screamed at you multiple times because you know God forbid they actually have to prepare food. The people at the window were a little lost and I had to repeat my order about 12 times and then they still left out a burger and I only ordered two. But once we got everything squared away it was all fairly good and fresh. I do wish that my burger would not have been missing the ingredients that normally come with it off of the menu. And it was 2:00 in the afternoon and they were out of cinnamon rolls which I was going to try for the first time so I was a little disappointed but aside from that it's actually one of the better fast food places in Batesville.
