I went to Arby's in Statesboro ga and I ordered a Reg Orange Shake and a Ham Melt Meal, the shake was 3.69 and the Ham meal was 8.89 for a total of 13.59 . I paid with a gift card . After I got home I decided to check my balance on the gift card and I had 2. 69 on it. Before I order my food there were 19.00 left on the card. Well I decided to go to the website to check my balance and it's showing that they charge me 16. 31 for my order. I call and I talk to one of the managers on 7-19 2025 which is the day I went in and she said that they would call me back on the following day because she was able to pull up my receipt. On the next day which was 7-20 -2025 no one had called me back. So I decided to call them they want to say it's my fault that their employer didn't do anything wrong. But they can't tell me how my receipts says one thing and my transaction receipt says something else. The food was not good , there were no cheese pn the sandwich and the ham wasn't cooked , the fries was hot but no seasonings on them. If I jad to rate them I will give them a 1 because their food was terrible and their customer service was bad. I have the proof but they don't won't to see it. That explains why they always be empty there. The manager said she would look into it but she also said that she was busy . Wow....
Read moreI visited here because I was in Statesboro which I rarely ever go to. I paid for 8 regular roster beef sandwiches at $40+. I looked in the bag before I left and seen layers of sandwiches; therfore, I assumed it was correct. (My mistake for assuming). When I arrived back in Claxton and started to prep to feed everyone, I found there were only 6 sandwiches in the bag. I then called and asked for refund. She said they couldn't refund without the card on site. She asked if I could come back for the sandwiches. I responded no because I rarely ever go to Statesboro and it's normally an hour each way to get there. Next She asked where I love. I answered Rincon. She said she would call the Rincon location and see if they would give me the sandwiches and that she would call me back and lmk what she found out. I never got a return call. Since I had to work following our initial conversation, I forgot about it until I was asked for this review. At this point, the only thing that I believe would make this right is for the whole order to be replaced by the Rincon store or a complete refund to be given. When all we wanted to take off a sauce which simply requires them not to put it on. So we then proceeded to the window to ask in person since we were so rudely cut off at the speaker and asked the young cashier if we could take the sauce off and she asked a lady with blonde hair and tattoos who when she spoke sounded like the lady on the speaker who cut us off who also seemed to be the manager on duty. When asked she got a attitude and told us no the sauce couldn’t be taken off and the Sandwiches had already been made but they could add two additional sandwiches and charge us for them because we did not ask for them to be changed when I placed the order. We simply did not ask for them to be changed when we place the order because she cut us off not allowing us to ask which is why we pulled up to ask in person in the first place.
