This establishment's employees have zero hustle when there's tons of people waiting. I always wait forever no matter what it is I order (whether it's one, two drinks, or even just a cup of topping). What really upsets me the most though is the inconsistency with the drinks. I order matcha every. single. time. The same way, no different customizations and yet somehow there's always one of two problems with it: either not enough classic or too much matcha in the scoops. I would change customizations to combat this issue, however there have been multiple times when the ratio was perfect! So, if I change the amounts in the app, I risk it being messed up that way too! I think everyone needs a refresher course on the correct amounts of pumps/scoops in the matcha. + there should not be over half the entire cup of ice in the shaken espresso. Also, your employees never look happy. They're not cheery, and they don't make you feel welcome. Also any small grievances brought up to them in the nicest way possible, still is met with attitude....

I've tried this location 3 times and every time I had to wait at least 30 minutes for a mobile order that should have been ready when I got there. All 3 times, I got no apology. Also my daughter placed her own order at the same time, we get there together and one drink is ready and the other will be 30-45 minutes past the time given for completion. I understand being busy, but when the employees are talking about how they usually only have 3 people working and there are 6 working today and it's not busy is ridiculous. She sighs and glares if you are taking a few seconds to look at the menu. She should not be in a “customer service” role with that kind of behavior. As I read through many of the other reviews I see that there is a common denominator among them: THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THIS EMPLOYEE is totally unacceptable!
