Placed my order and 5 people behind me got there food while mine sat on the counter behind the cashier for over 20 minutes, did not have any sauce in any of the 3 items I ordered. My food was cold, and let’s be honest, not too appealing to the eye for how much I paid for this. I’ve been eating here my entire life and lately it seems that this establishment has went down hill. I will not be returning to this location ever due to this being one of many bad dealings I’ve had. I asked for double fries and as you see I didn’t even get a single order, the nibbles look like someone threw them in the box, chicken fingers torn to pieces. Around 2:00 visit. Waited a long time. Was told chicken was cooking. The outside looked done but inside was a cold doughy mess. Fries were beyond old and cold. Hey, it's toast. What can go wrong??? Apparently everything. I met 2 furious people going out the door who said the same thing about the drive through. Tables were dirty. And staff in back just standing around doing alot of nothing. Did you know zaxbys was originally found in Statesboro? Well, this zaxbys is 73 steps away from the original one (according to a sign I saw, it may vary depending on your foot size, of course!) This Zaxby's is REALLY fancy becuase it's the nearest to the origional Zaxby's (not sure if the original one is still there or not...) food and service was great also, but that will depend on when you go in. I got the mr.beast box it has some chicken strips, 2 pieces of toast, some cheesy bites, and the all new rebranded feastables^tm bar milk chocolate (If there is anything else in the box, please tell me, and I'll update it.
