Applebee's Grill + Bar — Restaurant in Statesville

I have ordered 3 meals at this location in the past 48 hour’s. I travel for work, so I have no choice, but to eat on the road. I believe, in giving every establishment a second chance. Today at lunch my order was perfect and the server was amazing. So, I was glad I gave them another chance. I ordered dinner tonight to go. When, I opened my meal, I saw the sirloin and shrimp is not what I received. I received, a piece of tough burned meat of some sort. I didn’t receive the sirloin shrimp parm like I ordered. It had mushrooms and onions with what looked like a cup of water. I don’t know, what I did to upset the staff so bad by placing and order online, but it showed in what I received. I know, good workers are hard time find now days, but as a boss, I would do it myself before I let my establishments reputation be ruined. They had one table inside the restaurant and one to go order other than mine. Several employees was just standing around. I ordered 2 hours before you even close. Several coworkers in town wanted to have dinner here tomorrow. I will never eat at this establishment again. Applebees should refund all customers they do this to, then they will realize how many people are probably experiencing this! Most people do not say a word, just never eating at the location again. If you’re reading this to decide if you want to eat at this location, I would pass and eat in the restaurant a few feet away. I have never received poor service and bad food at that location. At this location, I experienced this two times in 48 hour’s so they have a staff issue. Two time’s in two day’s isn’t an accident it’s just being sorry employees. The lady at lunch that gave me my meal was super nice. At the end of the day a nice server isn’t going to fix all the other issue’s this location has going on. Horrible Horrible Horrible. Went on a Saturday night and hardly anybody eating. Then was told there was a 20 min. Wait when we were the only ones waiting. We put our name on the list. As we were waiting I saw 3 parties upset with their food, heard I server tell her party that the broccoli had too much water because that's how they r prepping it and it has been coming out with too much. Then in her next breath said here's ur check and Have a Good Night. Saw many servers just standing around the hostess stand on their phones. Finally got called for our table and when we asked for a booth in a section that had Noone in it (the table they sat us at was not even 50msteps from the booth) they said their was no.server. we sat at the table and saw the dried out food at the 6 top set next to us and them talking about how great the food was at Outback and the sauce on their chicken at Outback was so good. The ribs in front of her were hardly touched. Then we saw the people who came in after us who asked for a booth be sat in the supposed closed section. After 10 min. With Noone coming to our table we left. As we walled out, one of the phone holding servers at the hostess stand said (she could see our table from it) did she not come to the table yet? We hadn't mentioned why we were leaving so she already knew the answer to this question we told her no and we were leaving she said I'll go get her. No Thank U . We went to Chili's where there were more people our server was the Bartender and was mixing drinks and waiting on 6 tables in the bar. We were in a booth.
