Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Staunton

Just wanted to say that I/ we order from here all the time, same order, and our church members placed an order for us last week and it was unfortunately stolen from our house infront of our door, it was an order of a gift from our church members due to a recent major loss in our family, I lost my husband and my two young children lost their father, I called dominoes to see if perhaps the order wasn’t left because we were not home, but they said it was delivered, and we were victims of porch pirates. Dominos was kind enough to redo the pizzas and replace and redeliver what was stolen at no additional charge. The pizzas were hot, and so delicious. We get stuffed crust extra cheese pizzas and they are always so very good and the lava cakes are always yummy too. Never had a bad pizza or experience yet, and been ordering for two years from here. The only down side is online never works to place an order to get our discounts though. And that’s not on the location. Corporate or whomever runs their online ordering, needs to fix this issue as online ordering has never worked, we have tried and then we always end up having to call in as when you get to the online part of payment it never takes or works. So, online needs some attention to get this resolved so customers can redeem their coupons, because I will say I could have saved allot of money with orders if I’d been able to place the order...

New Years Eve 2019 around 4 PM , I placed an online order for 1 specialty pizza. It gave me the ready message but alas it was not. Ok, I sat as they said it would be just a minute. Wellllll ......turns out something went wrong and they had to start all over with my 1 pizza. As I sat, chatted with others who got their orders and left and still I sat. But interestingly one of the customers had to come back in coz order not right. Easy fix, yea. And I sat .... more folks came in and I sat. I do realize it was New Years Eve but I ordered at 4 pm not even the busy supper time. After over a half hour my name wasn’t even on the board saying where it was, became concerned. So I got up to ask and young lady was just cutting it. Hooray! I must say they have their work cut out for them tonight, bless their hearts. However, they remained polite and kind. Pizza delicious as always. BTW folks on phone asking what time they closed ... told midnight, yup , repeated midnight, not getting thru to patron... 12 pm, folks still seemed time challenged, sitting there thinking HEY when the Ball Drops and it becomes 2020! Oy vey! Bless the crew working, I appreciate y’all!! Too bad “The get it right” and free pizza evidently didn’t apply for their mistake on...

Domino's Pizza @ Staunton VA 24401 is the Greatest!!!!!!! Domino's @ Staunton called me & made things "RIGHT" !!!!!!! I am very impressed at how serious Domino's is about correcting errors! Sometimes things just do not go as planned, but Domino's @ Staunton is dedicated towards consistent Excellence and has quickly earned my Business back! I have moved forward from the "1-Star" review to the "Truly Deserved" "5-Star" Review!!!!!!! The personnel are so nice, polite, and professional!!!!!!! The FOOD is AWESOME!!!!!!! (Always my Favorite)!!!!!!!

Dry & Old Tasting Pizza; (No Extra Sauce like I ordered)!!!!!!! Maybe a mix up, but the worst Domino's Pizza I ever had!!!!!!! Tried the "HotSpot" delivery for the first time & that's what I got!!!!!!! the Driver was EXCELLENT, but the Pizza was AWEFUL!!!!!!! (Buy 1 get 1 free/50% off); I Love Domino's Pizza, but if the Staunton VA store tried to pass some old pizza's on to me, then SHAME on them!!!!!!! Management PLEASE look into this!!!!!!! After a HARD week @ work, I look forwards to the BEST Pizza anywhere being DOMINO's Pizza!!!!!!! The Staunton Domino's FAILED me last time; Hopefully the ONLY time this ever...
