I had sat at curbside for 20 minutes waiting on the new Minecraft happy meal mind you that’s the only thing I got. My sister was also with me and she ordered food separately but after the 20 minutes my sister went inside with me because I have social anxiety. She helped explain the situation and I just wanted my food and go, the teenager brought a manager because she asked what times were they supposed to have curbside out by like any other fast food joint does and I know that McDonald has it too. Anyway the manager comes up to us and me my sister noticed there are like 3 to 4 workers standing around while the person who handed my sister her food when we were still at curbside, the poor girl who was running out curbside was on front counter from the looks of it on her own while also expediting and getting it all done on her own with no help. Props to her I didn’t see her name tag though. Anyway my sister points that out because she looked like a chicken running around with her head cut off while you have workers standing around and my sister also asked for there times their supposed to give curbside out. The manager was outrageously passive aggressively rude he said he doesn’t have a out by time for his orders which is a lie and he also said in a rude manner he is slammed and short staffed. When you have 3-4 people standing around and another four actually doing a job and then the one manager, that’s all I could see that makes nine people that doesn’t include any people in the office or people food prepping, that’s not short staffed. They weren’t slammed inside the most they had was a small line in drive and as someone who has worked fast food that line doesn’t compare to the other places I worked. The manger had no idea on how to run the place if he thought that was slammed. He also wasn’t in the right attire he didn’t have a name tag so we had to ask for his name. I also don’t know what McDonalds requires on the head because most places require guys to wear hats so there’s no hair in the food but he didn’t have one if required nor a hair net. He told us his name was JOSH if he told the truth. The behavior was unacceptable and the girl who did all that by herself...
Read moreThe food tasted good even with as long as it took to get my to go order. A couple of the employees were doing something with their phones instead of putting the orders together. I don't know if it was work related or not. While I'm still waiting, a customer dropped his cup and the Sprite went on the floor in between the pick up counter and the self serve drink area. The girl working the front saw it happen, talked to the guy cause they knew each other, then she walked into the back. I thought she went to go get a mop. Nope...she went to just stand around and talk to other employees. When my order was finally given to me I told that person, I think manager, what had transpired. Her and a different employee went and got a mop and wet floor sign. I was acting as the wet floor sign so nobody would fall and hurt themselves. That's just sad that girl didn't care about the spill on the floor or that someone could have fallen and been seriously hurt!! She seemed nice enough when she was taking people's orders. Just...
Read moreThe water park itself is really fun, priced well, we had a good time. We were 3rd in line when it opened and there were 8 of us on a family trip. We got our bags and things situated at 2 tables because only 4 chairs per table. We got a little hungry about 2 hours into our swim fest and bought reasonably priced hot dogs at the concession. We sat to eat to have 2 staff members tell us we must remove ourselves and our belongings from our table as there was a pre paid birthday party taking over the whole area. Hmm I was mad, there were no reserved signs. And no where else to sit. This was so rude. We went on with our day, as we haven't been able to do much due to Covid, but noticed that the big birthday party wasn't even really using the tables we had been moved from. Just putting all the...
