Panda Express — Restaurant in Stephenville

Worst place in Stephenville to get food! Went to the drive thru with 3 hungry kids and a wife at home studying. I attempted to place my order, but I was told that certain things were unavailable. I shifted my choices around and completed my order and pulled up to the window when the worker informed me that there’d be an 8 minute wait of one item, a 12 minute wait for another and that they were out of white rice all of a sudden…are you freaking kidding, you claim to be a Chinese food place. The last thing you should ever run out of is white rice!!! So i told the worker to completely cancel my order and went down the road the wok! Just a terrible terrible place and has yet to improve or even make an attempt to improve! NEVER again will I EVER attempt to spend my time or money at this location!! They could give me free food for a year and I’d tell them don’t bother, they never have anything anyway!! Good luck staying in business in this town. I’d take the old, new bad Pizza joint down the road over this disappointment of a food establishment. BUYER BEWARE

Went to this location and tried to get some lunch. It didnt end up that way. I asked Vergie if the Honey walnut Shrimp was fresh and told me that it just came up. I got another dish and left. I got outside to the traffic light and come to find out the Shrimp was not fresh and mushy. So after returning to the store and asking Vergie why she told me that, she started making a big scene in the store, raising her voice and acting very unprofessional. I had to get a refund and lost my lunch break and wasn't able to have lunch because she didn't know how to give a refund. I spoke with the GM today. She thought that offering me a free meal was the best thing to resolve the matter and was very polite. This is very common for this store and it's employees. It's very sad that panda is one of my favorite restaurants.But I can never eat there because of the poor service and poor management. I don't want a free meal, just don't want food thats been up there for an hour thats mushy. Went through the drive thru was told it would be 10 minutes for the order to be cooked perfectly fine with me. Was handed my Drink pulled where I was told to park took a drink and it was pure syrup so I waited until they brought me my food. I told the young lady that my drink was bad she informed me that she couldn’t take the drink from me because it had already been in my car I would have to go into the store. So I go in the young lady that waited on me in the drive thru came to the counter. I informed her that my drink was extremely syrupy she told me that she realized that after she gave me my drink, so why didn’t you correct this she said I had driven off, yes to where you instructed me to wait for my food 🙄. Not a sorry for the problem I was instructed that I could go and fix my problem at the self serve drink dispenser in the back of the restaurant. Not let me get that for you, nothing.
