The blonde girl with a black neck choker working at the second drive thru window on 5/25 around 3:15pm was very rude and disrespectful. I don’t ever post reviews but this was crazy to me. She must be someone higher up or something because when I first came through there was a different younger girl giving me my food and she was just standing in the background watching. I came back through the drive thru because both of my sprites had no syrup in it. It’s not an issue I just wanted actual pop and not just carbonated soda water. I tried to explain why I was coming back in the drive thru, to be interrupted mid sentence and rudely told to pull forward. So I did and when I pulled up to the second window, they mistook me for a different customer. I tried saying I was there to exchange my drinks out and was interrupted mid sentence again and she said, “what do you want then”. When I asked if they had new sprite yet or if I had to choose something else, she proceeded to argue with me saying that the sprite wasn’t out and is fine. Told me that she doesn’t know what I’m talking about and that it was working. Like do you want to try it for yourself? Or just argue with me about how the sprite is not out when it clearly is. I just said ok, and said I will do coke then. When I tried to return the sprites to them, I was told very rudely and with a lot of attitude, “you need to just throw them out or something, I can’t take them.” This was the worst service I’ve had here and we come often from being so close to the location. Never experienced such rude customer service from a place that made a mistake. No sorry’s or anything remotely nice about it. I get it’s McDonald’s, but you still have to be somewhat nice to customers even if you don’t feel like working or being at work. Completely rude and she shouldn’t be the person in the front lines dealing with customers if that’s how she is going to act because someone wants pop instead of soda water. I’ve been in the food service business and if my boss seen that I would have been...
Read moreThe employees behind the counter are beyond unprofessional. Your food will absolutely, almost positively, be messed up in one way or another. And when they do mess it up and you ask them to fix it, they will give you a giant attitude.
And why is it that every other time I go in through the drive-through, I’m asked to pull to the side and wait for them to finish making my meal. Meanwhile, four people that were behind me in line - and ordered their food after I did - will get their bags and are gone before I ever receive my food? This place is a joke.
And as all McDonald’s are nowadays, the inside has been remodeled to remove any sense of joy or comfort. You are to eat your food and leave. And before, you could just simply walk up and get yourself a refill without having to bother someone at the counter who’s just gonna give you more attitude.
It’s pretty bad that you expect horrible service when you pull up to a specific location, and then feel relieved, perhaps even excited, that they did the bare minimum and didn’t completely mess up your order or give you horrible attitude.
Before, during, or after Covid, it’s all the same. This location has been nothing but a headache, and unfortunately, it’s the only McDonald’s nearby for me. Needless to say, I’ll be eating a lot less McDonald’s...
Read moreWe frequent this branch 3-4 times per week. My son loves the Happy Meals and McFlurries. We normally have a good experience. Today (6:05 p.m.) we ordered a Cheeseburger Happy Meal, McFlurry and vanilla cone at the drive through. When we got out on the road, my son realized he had No Burger in the box. I called from my cell phone to ask if we needed to come inside or if they could fix it at the drive through. The manager on duty said he could file a report and that the could send me a coupon for a future order. I said that I didn't need a coupon, just the burger that wasn't in the box. He told me "policy" is only to give a coupon. I went in the store to talk face to face bringing in our slip and the order and my son. He told me I'd have to buy another burger if I wanted the one for the Happy Meal because I pulled away from the window. He refused to give me his name. I asked for the general manager but he said he wasn't in and that he can't tell me anything but the store number - though he wanted my name, address and telephone number. While standing there I called the corporate number to file a report. They said they'd have someone contact me in 5-7 days. Neither of those things got my son his burger. I took him to Burger King to get...
