Food was ok, not the best. ordered from the limited choices menu the plate that is $9.70 that comes with 2 main entrees and 1 side. The price is misleading where if you get the pepper steak as I did in my experience, they charge a "premium" $1.25 extra on top of the $9.70 for the plate. So you are paying right off the rip $10.95 before tax if you get one premium entree but will stack quickly if ordering other premium choices on top of the $9.70. There is no menu labeling on the marque about the premium upcharge but the "premium" upcharge $1.25 prices are labeled next to the names of the foods in the warmers fairly small in size and easily over looked if one doesn't look carefully. For a person on a budget or has limited money be Leary and look for those $1.25 premiums marked with a "P".
My pepper steak had the most crunchiest broccoli I've ever attempted to eat. flavors and seasoning was also a miss on the premium menu choice. When I think steak I think of Flavors outside of tasting like beef jerky like this did. Definitely won't choose that menu choice again and certainly not worth the $1.25 premium upcharge.
Noticed an employee who wore glasses (non manager) wiping her lenses in a paper towel without removing food serving gloves that were previously handling pans and other food trays. Yummy who wants glasses taste in your food?
Overall, the food is par at best. Booths and seating area in the dining room was at the time upon my entering the building , ordering, sitting and walking out the door was just messy with rice on the majority of the tables, spills and paper straw wrappings with a mess at the drink station as well and with plenty of workers in the front, one would think at least one would clean tables etc.
Manager was seen seated eating in a corner closest to a balloon tank apparently oblivious to the messy dining room and drink station. The store wasn't super busy to excuse the dining room or drink station horror.
I won't be back and most likely will go to a sit down Chinese...
Read moreMy boyfriend just came from this establishment to get me and him food. 10/21/24 around 7pm. This cashier name Andy gave my boyfriend THE WORST ATTITUDE. my boyfriend told a previous worker he was making TWO separate transactions. They were cool with that. The original worker had Andy come from the drive thru to finish the order. Andy comes to my boyfriend asking " why didn't you tell me it was two different transactions??. I am not a mind reader." This comment was NOT necessary. Idk what Andy issue was but it wasn't my boyfriend's responsibility to explain his job to him. He coukd have easily asked HIS CO WORKER WHAT HE NEEDED TO DO. He also didn't put the extra teriyaki sauce my boyfriend asked for, for MY FOOD. he is very lucky I wasn't with my boyfriend because I would have made sure Andy was held accountable for this HORRID experience. You hate your job? Go somewhere else, don't put your misery on another person who did nothing to provoke your emotional self. Thus is why I don't talk to humans now. Too much extra...
Read moreDon't order online as they will rip you off. They intentionally re-adjust their portion sizes for people who order online and people who order at the store. Furthermore, I would also walk into the restaurant oppose to using the drive-thru as they pull the same crap. You literally have to watch them make your plate. When they are being watched, Their are no issues. Its when they are not being watched, you will have issues with this restaurant. I wouldn't be surprised if the back kitchen was dirty and disgusting. How hard can it be to not rip your customers off. Also, there is no science to how they make their plates, so dont let them hit you with their weak excuses as to why your plate is 95% vegetables and 5% meat. ...
