We attended the New Year's Eve event in the banquet hall. First impression, the place was gorgeous. It was well-decorated and had an elegant feel. The gentleman who escorted us to our seats was professional, cordial, and welcoming. There was an appetizer station with various cheeses, meats, vegetables, and a few other items that we all really enjoyed. The dessert was superb and the late night pizza was excellent. However, that was about all we enjoyed. We barely saw our waiter. He never introduced himself or asked us, well, anything. We were there for an hour and a half and he never came to our table. No one refilled our waters. When my husband made our reservation, he asked if they could accommodate a vegetarian (me). Their first answer was that yes, they had salmon. He pointed out that fish is not vegetarian, to which they replied that they would have a vegetarian option. We just had to inform our (nonexistent) waiter when we arrived. Okay. Well, the first course was caesar salad. The food runner had to go ask if there was anchovies in the dressing. There is. Can I have a salad that's vegetarian? Yes. He brings me some plain romaine lettuce. I flag someone down. Do you have any other dressing? Yes, an Italian vinaigrette. Great, I'll take that. What does he bring me? Caesar dressing. The second course was pasta. Everybody else's ravioli (beef?) comes out and I'm informed mine will be out shortly. Everyone finishes and mine still hasn't come. We still don't have water. At this point, my husband is livid. He hunts down a manager and explains that our experience has been unenjoyable. She's apologetic and tells me that my dinner option is eggplant rollatini. We finally get water and my 2nd course arrives as dinner is about to come out. The ravioli was, thankfully, superb! The eggplant was lukewarm and bland. My other guests mostly enjoyed their dinner, which was steak, chicken, potatoes, and vegetables. No one received a steak knife. Other tables had attentive service. I enviously eyed their constant water refills and bottle service. We just went to the bar for our cocktails and water. I overheard several other people complaining of similar experiences as we were leaving. Overall, I was underwhelmed, which has been my experience with 2 other Andiamo's locations. This could have been a special night out for us, which we rarely get being parents. Instead, I felt like it was a waste of money. I doubt...
Read moreI would never recommend Andiamo Banquet Center Warren to any of my family members, friends or associates. On March 1, 2024, I sent Dawn Lagocki the Banquet Center Manager an email to inquire about packages, pricing and possible event dates. Our first encounter was pleasant and friendly. On March 7, 2024 I booked my birthday event date for January of next year. Over this next few months I found out my so very bad new regarding my son health that will cause me to shift my focus from playing a party to taking care of my child. So I made the best decision for my family and I cancelled my event.
On July 11, 2024 I emailed Dawn Lagocki regarding my event cancellation and I requested the next steps regarding refund of my deposit. Per the contract the request MUST be done in writing. So I did that. Now from July 11th until August 9, 2024 I haven’t heard from the company. No emails, phone calls or letters by mail. So I decided to get in my car and drive to Warren to have a conversation with Dawn just to see why I never received a call from her nor did she respond to my email. When I arrived and I informed Dawn of who I was and why’d I come there. Dawn stated that she forwarded the email to Cheryl and she thought she had taken care of this. Then she proceeded to tell me that she needed to talk with Cheryl and would need to call me back when she has a decision on what we were doing about your refund. I told Dawn that calling me later after I have driven there and also sent an email requesting cancellation with no response 1 month later was not going to work… Dawn then acted as if she was unaware of processing the refund so she took my contract with my letter of cancellation and my credit card to another part of the building for over 20mins. When she returned she told me that she had processed the refund but no one would be here tomorrow to RELEASE THE HOLD! So she would have to RELEASE it when she was back in the office on Tuesday which was 4 days later. Today is Wednesday the 14th of August I called Dawn to confirm the Release only to get NO answer. As soon as I hung up the voicemail Dawn sends me and email stating, “ the refund who take up to 40 days before its complete.
The company is not honest nor do they stand by their contract. I’m so angry with the lack of communication, transparency and professionalism. I will never book Andiamos Banquet Center...
Read moreWe just went and seen The Spinners at the showroom. First off parking is an absolute joke $5 for valet or $5 to park yourself we parked across the street along with a bunch of others and didn't pay anything it's a big vacant lot. Valet was running around like chickens with their heads cut off driving people's vehicles fast through the lots as we were all trying to exit.
We sat at table 75 they cram you in be prepared to be very uncomfortable. Doors opened at 7 we were in our seats at 715 our whole table ordered food. We ordered chicken sliders a salad a plate of cookies. We each got a coke and they brought the plate of cookies an hour later and no one at our table got their food. People were getting their own drinks because the wait staff was complete clueless and had no idea what they were doing. The wait staff also was asking everyone to pay cash instead of card because it would be quicker...I'd never pay cash with how poorly the wait staff was lord only knows how many people were overcharged or charged for the wrong things
The seats are terrible they are hard as a rock and they cram you 10 to a table and you have to turn your seats to see the stage we were in the far back. The show itself was good but everything else ruined our experience. I will never come back to this dump again and it's truly tragic because my best friend got married there 8 years ago and it was great. I don't know if new leadership took over but they need to clean house fire everyone from the top to the bottom and start over. There's many reviews similar to this one and the owner has made no attempts to make anything better. I paid 150 for 3 tickets it wasn't cheap. The whole venue was sold out and I know for a fact that everyone from tables 71 through 80 thought the place was abysmal no one got their food in the far back or anywhere up to table 45 from what we seen. I wouldn't be surprised at all if the place doesn't make it. Incredibly disappointed and we will not be coming back ever again. Do better Andiamos and whoever the owner is you need to do better also. You have totally ran the place into the ground. Sell it and move on with your life if you don't care to correct anything these reviews...
