Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Stevens Point

We pick up here quite frequently, and more often than not something is wrong with our sandwiches. Missing cheese, missing lettuce, only cheese and mayonnaise on it - little things we get over because we want the quick sandwiches. But the reason I called to report my complaint today, and for writing a review, wasn't just because of a small mess up, but rather a complete disregard for our order altogether. We get the same sandwiches every time - 11 no tomatoes and 13 no avacado, both with extra mayo. The man who made them ignored our order and simply made the standard 11 and 13. I know they had the order right as she had read it back to us when we ordered in the drive-thru. When I called, the manager made no apologetic statement or actual acknowledgement that they had gotten our order wrong, even though she had to look up our order ticket to proceed. The options presented of bringing in our sandwiches to exchange, or them delivering new sandwiches for exchange, were not an option as we had started to eat. So no reimbursement at all was made worse by a rude manager who didn't want to constructively handle the complaint, but simply go through the motions. Jimmy Johns - we love your sandwiches, but we so rarely get what we actually want anymore, that we might just stop...

i just went to jimmy johns in stevens point wi and i have to i was never so appalled when i ordered the gargantuan on the size and they put a ton of lettuce and other vegies then meat and cheese and then the amount that it cost it is a total rip off they charge so much for there subs and the sad part is there is no difference and the taste and size then either subway and or cousins sub except that they offer deliver BUT JIMMY JOHNS IS A RIP OFF AND THEY NEED TO HIRE COMPETENT PEOPLE THAT KNOW HOW TO TAKE YOU ORDER AND LISTEN TO WHAT YOU WANT all i say is get up off the couch and go to the others and save more money is will be worth it you pay less for more at sub way and cousin's JIMMY JOHNS IS A JOKE !!!!

I called this place to get an ordered delivered.......at a business who used to brag about how fast they DELIVER.... The girl on the phone simply said, "We aren't doing deliveries right now, we don't have a driver right now". So, apparently, rather than fill in as a driver for a couple weeks until they can find some kid to do it, the manager, assistant manager, and or the owner of the store would rather lose money and customers than man-up and drive around town dropping off subs to people. I'd rather get drop kicked by a horse than use some delivery service like door dash that just adds on more costs to the final price....than receive the delivery service that we have come to expect from Jimmy John's themselves.
