Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Stevens Point

I always enjoy the food at noodles and the facility was spacious and clean but the gal that took our order seemed to be in a very bad mood and acted like we were inconveniencing her while ordering and when she brought our food she practically threw it into our table without a word or a smile and hustled away. And when I had to ask for a lid for my son's meal later she practically glared at me for approaching her and was very curt as she answered my question and gave me a lid. She is the main source of the lower star rating.

There was an issue with 2/3 of our dishes being quite cold (tofu and steak were not cooked all the way and one dishes of noodles felt fresh from the fridge) The cook I talked to was very nice when I brought it up and he offered to recook them without hesitation. He was very polite and apologetic and gave us a free cookie for the trouble. I am not happy the food was cold to start but am very pleased with how it was handled.

Overall I hope it was just an off day for the staff at this restaurant. It was my first time at this particular location so I don't know if our problems were...

I have lived in Stevens Point long enough to write a really great review for this restaurant. I really feel like this is a great place and they do some wonderful dishes that are not normal dishes that you would see in Wisconsin. They really have a great variety of different flavors that can be so enticing to your palate.

The one thing about this place is that the servers are very friendly. There is an atmosphere here that really speaks to you and even if it is busy, you really don't have to wait that long. I have never had a bad time here and I really appreciate this restaurant being so centrally located in Stevens Point. I ordered a small dish, The food barely covered the bottom of the dish, that’s how little food it was. The noodles seemed under cooked with a lot of oil there were three pieces of onions and no other vegetables. It cost over seven dollars which seems grossly overpriced. My daughter had a small dish which had over twice as much food as mine which I can’t figure out. It was macaroni and cheese with the cheese not melting which was another puzzle. The chicken was dry.
