Clean place, staff were friendly... however, there was clearly something not right with the expresso. We've been Starbucks customers for several decades, and we know exactly what the espresso tastes like. We got in the car, headed to our next destination, tasted our drinks, and we both agreed that they were way to "weak" to be the correct drink. We went back and staff gladly re-made our orders, and I tasted in front of them and discovered that, again, it was way too weak to be the usual espresso. I said, "It tastes the same. It's as if someone put the wrong coffee beans in the hopper. Tastes like church coffee." The supervisor insisted it was indeed the correct beans in the hopper, but never bothered to pull a shot for himself to verify that it was correct. We left with our weak drinks and discarded them at our next stop. We called the corporate number (never had to do that before) and we were given a refund (thank you). Read moreAfter 6 years of near-daily patronage, they managed to drive me elsewhere. The new store manager has ushered in a new era of mediocrity and poor customer service. The young kid, Ethan, who was making drinks today decided that it was a bigger issue that I had “hurt his feelings” by coming back in and asking for a remake on my coffee that literally tasted like burnt coffee grounds than actually remaking the drink. The cashier ended up having to remake the drink while Ethan was still arguing with me. It’s not surprising considering the low standard that the new store manager sets for customer service with his own performance. When David ran the place I never had an issue. Read moreI have been a Starbucks fan for years and I visit them quite often sometimes more than once a day and I am usually very happy with the service. However, this is the the third time I don’t get want I order the other two times I got more of a cappuccino rather than a flat white which when your in a hurry it worked I guess. However, this time I got a pike place with extra cream and raw sugar. They just added some foam, place my sticker on top of the other so it said my order and sent me on my way. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry and did have to go back.
