Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Stevens Point

I ordered a pizza and misclicked on their app to order for cash. I have made this mistake atleast 10x in the past and have been able to call and change the payment method but today whoever was working night shift wouldn't let me for the first time since I moved here 4 years ago. I have order papa johns atleast 3x a month for the past 4 years from this place and I'm not sure who was working tonight but they were extraordinary rude and refused to change my payment method cause "it would take a half hour to change it" when I explained to said person that other people who have worked there can change it in 30 seconds and all they did was hang up the phone on me. I personally hope this person wakes up without a job cause he is the first person ever to treat customers this way at this establishment. I am thoroughly dissapointed and am gunna be shopping elsewhere for pizza...

I just tried to order two pizza's and garlic knots online for delivery. At first I was having problems with the site accepting my address, it kept forcing a different state, after the fourth time it worked. I put everything in my cart and went to place the order in the check out and the site kept getting errors (I spent about ten mins hoping it would work), after that I didn't feel comfortable putting in CC info. So I called the store to place my order. I gave the person my address, name and phone number, she asked for my order and I ordered the exact same thing I was trying to order online. The prices was $5, I explained it was less to order online, no response. I asked if there was a deal that was missed or online only and the response was "I don't know. Yeah, I really have no idea". We ordered 4 pizzas last Saturday night. They weren't sure if they could deliver to our address. So I gave the lady our address to verify, she "asked the manager" and it was okay. Delivery man showed to to the wrong address and asked where we were, we told him the same address that we listed on the delivery. 1.5 hrs later he told us he can't deliver to our address. I offered and extra $20 to deliver to our address, he said he would contact his manager and let me know. 20 mins later he never showed so we called the store and asked, where s our pizza? They said they couldn t deliver to our address.. therefore the employees enjoyed our pizza while 8 people sat hungry with no e xplination. Worst pizza delivery service I have ever received.
